Excellent guest house

The hosts were amazing, the breakfasts were fab and the room was spotless, little extras like shower gel and shampoo, in the bathroom, bottled water in the room were very welcome. I would definitely stay there again

A happy, care free experience.

We were made really welcome and nothing was too much trouble. A very happy few days.

Parking is a problem but we knew that and the owner had a "system" that simplified the whole process.

Absolutely amazing stay

Chris and Sonia are an extremely welcoming husband and wife team. The room was very comfortable with all amenities you could possibly need.. The breakfast was amazing and filling and there was lits of choices for breakfast. Thoroughly.enjyoyed the beautiful music thay Chris played on the piano. The bed was comfortable and slept very soundly. Ensuite bathroom with toiletries were a nice.selection.Definitely going to stay again next year. Thankyou Sonia and Chris for veing yourselves you made us feel extremely welcome

Wonderful relaxing weekend in a beautiful location.

The property was cost and pretty and close to the beach. The rooms were very nicely decorated and had everything we needed to hand. Everywhere was perfectly clean. The owners were a lovely couple and the breakfast was fantastic.

Very friendly hosts, comfortable accommodation, close to restaurants. (Hamiltons was excellent ) and a great breakfast, with a piano accompaniment.

A Pleasant Surprise

After cooking the Breakfast the Host Chris would play the Piano in the Dining Room which was unexpected but a nice touch The co-host Sonia was full of ideas of what to do and see in Weymouth

Exceptional guest house !

friendly owners ,,very welcoming, couldn't do enough for you , very clean , comfortable, food really good , small fridge in room which had sparkling water and still water, this is an exceptionally good guest house, thank you Chris and Sonia

A COMFORTABLE, TRADITIONAL GUEST HOUSE WITH OUTSTANDING HOSTS

A comfortable, traditional guest house that is run by a friendly, engaging and obliging couple. They happily accommodated my need for an earlier breakfast, in order that I could catch a coach, and insisted on providing the full menu, including beautifully prepared smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. And if that was not enough, Chris also serenaded me on the baby grand piano! Thank you, Sonia and Chris for a memorable stay

Lovely & homely guest house

My husband and I had a lovely couple of nights staying at this guest house. Chris & Sonia were the perfect hosts, nothing is too much trouble for them. We arrived 3hrs early and were welcomed as though we were family, and were shown straight to our room. Chris went to look for a parking space for us and then walked back for my husband to take our car. Breakfast was very good, Chris even played the piano for us as we ate. There was an oil heater in our room and I mentioned that I was cold, they immediately said that they would put the heating on for me. Our bedroom was lovely & clean and the bed was very comfy. We would definitely stay there again. Chris & Sonia are lovely people who make you feel so welcome.

The hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. As a woman travelling alone, they helped me to feel safe and secure.

Friendly and welcoming B&B close to the seafront

I received a warm welcome and introduction to the house and was told that my room had been upgraded, which is always nice to hear. The room was bright and airy with lots of extras that made it that extra bit comfortable. Despite being very close to the seafront the road is fairly quiet so it was quite peaceful and relaxing being in the room. The breakfast was plentiful and I can recommend the scrambled eggs. Overall a lovely stay.

Lovely hosts, nothing was a problem. Delicious breakfast! Location was excellent with bus stops just down the road that you could hop on and off to various places such as Portland, Dorchester, Bridport etc.

They were very welcoming and allowed us to come in the room a little earlier. The breakfast was good and offered you extra if you wanted it.

Enjoyable stay & hosts, especially Sonia are a delight.

Just a 2 minute walk from the sea front. Breakfast was very good & filled us up so that we didn’t need to snack on anything until our evening meal. TV in bedroom has Netflix installed so we could log in with our details & watch a movie after our days out.

Happy Weymouth holiday

We loved the warm welcome on arrival, the cosy, comfortable room, the fabulous breakfast, with fruit salad, English breakfast, toast and cereals, and the proximity to the beach, bus stops and the train station. Sonia and Chris are a delightful couple who are superb hosts. We had a really lovely stay here. Highly recommend.

A wonderful weekend in Weymouth.

We had room 1 which was enormous - and had everything you could think of to make our stay very comfortable. A lovely bright airy room with a bay window - a seating area and a huge - well stocked bathroom. The breakfast was exceptional and the hosts were really attentive. It was a pleasure to stay here. It’s a great location- just around the corner from the Esplanade.

The grouting in the shower cubicle needed refreshing but apart from that I could not fault this property.

I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, only blighted by the issues mentioned above.

Excellent breakfast and very attentive hosts.

I was in room 4 and the hot water took about 3 minutes to come through to the shower and basin. The showerhead needs replacing - water only comes out of about 15 holes in the middle. The wall next to the bed is very thin. I was kept awake most of my first night by the man in the room next door snoring. I could also hear him and his partner talking to each other.

Clean and comfy, feels like home. 7 minutes from the train station, 3-7 minutes to all the bus stops, 3 minutes from the Weymouth beach. It's a perfect place to stay.

The hosts were lovely, the location is convenient and accommodation spotlessly clean, we had a great stay.

Great location, good sized rooms. Wonderful hosts who were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with everything you need, there was even a small fridge. Everything was clean and tidy and the breakfast was very good. We had a great time and will definitely go back.

Exceptional hospitality, exceptional breakfast and a wonderful homely stay in Weymouth

Sonia and Chris were amazing hosts - kind, flexible and accommodating, I felt really valued and taken care of as a guest and would definitely return. I really appreciated that my room (room 4) was ready for when I arrived, it made such a difference to my first day. It was a great sized room for a single guest and spotless! I was grateful for the daily room service and replenishment of bathroom supplies, there were some really thoughtful touches in there too that I'd not seen in other places I've stayed. It was good that where was a fan available, as it did get warm in the night. The B&B is in a great location on a quieter street off the main promenade. Breakfast was exceptional and the piano later on in the morning is a lovely touch!

The only things I can think of is it took a little while for the shower water to warm up in the mornings and the signal/connection wasn't great on the TV, so I didn't watch any. But the shower was fine after waiting a few minutes and I didn't have much time to watch TV anyway, so it wasn't an issue for me.

Chris and Sonia are perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome. Our room was excellent with everything we could possibly need. Great breakfast choices - beautifully prepared.
