Overall a nice 3 night stay with lovely breakfast very close to the beach lovely walk along promenade to town centre bars and restaurants
host very friendly and informative property very clean and rooms nicely furnished
No close parking even with the permit.. very steep narrow stairs in the property and we where on the 3rd floor..very small double bed very small toiletries provided just 3 small sachets and a soap fridge was just a mini fridge and not plugged in on arrival so no use to us

The owner Sam was very welcoming with nothing to much trouble, he gave us plenty of information about the festival we came for and places to visit. The room was very tidy and clean couldn’t ask for more
When booking through booking .com my search was places to stay with breakfast and parking when arriving Sam the owner said that I hadn’t booked breakfast and would be £10 per person per night . I said that when booking I requested breakfast to be included Sam then said it happens quite frequently when using booking.com

Exceptional service. Sam is such a lovely person and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious. Had the small room, but it had a lovely comfortable double bed and a quiet room.
