Fosters Guest House

Short walk from the train station at the quieter end, 2 minute walk to beach and less than 10 minutes into town. Despite check in being at 4pm, I received a call to check what time train was coming in and as earlier was offered the chance to drop bags off so I didn't have to carry them around, my friend was picking me up so whilst I didn't need to, the offer was lovely. When I arrived, my bags were taken to my room which was a very lovely and helpful gesture. The accomodation was clean, had kettle, tea, coffee and even biscuits which was a lovely touch. It was an ensuite and had air freshener, hand-wash, shower gel etc, there was hairdryer, tele, alarm clock. I felt safe as a solo female and well looked after, Teresa and Mark are fantastic hosts and hard working, I'd stay again.

Maybe a chance to hang a no house keeping required /housekeeping needed card - I had such a lovely stay and wouldn't change anything but, if I had to put something, that's all it would be.

The owners,the location quiet part of town 5 min walk to town centre,breakfasts were great owners helpful

Amazing location, clean, good use of space as-well! the room was on the smaller side but it didn’t feel cramped in any way, space to hang up clothes, under bed space for my suitcase. it was perfect

there’s not much to say here! the only improvement would be the vegetarian breakfast, it was good but i wish there was also vegetarian bacon as there’s only sausages, but this is minor and i am nit-picking here. I understand that it would be hard to purchase and stock up on veggie bacon if they don’t get a lot of vegetarian guests. aside from this very minor thing, everything was perfect 10/10
