Beautiful clean room with everything you could need. We had the most lovely sea view and was able to what the sea as we slept. Bed was so comfortable. Staff so lovely and accommodating. Will definitely be booking again.

The whole stay was excellent from start to finish. Louise was very accommodating with our requests. The room was lovely, warm and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities excellent. Thanks, we'll be back again!

This is a lovely B & B - comfortable, clean, fresh room with lots of quality little touches. I really appreciated the breakfast options which were perfect for me as I only needed something light. High quality local breakfast products were really appreciated. The owner is warm, friendly and super helpful, she really made it a pleasure to stay there.

Great location it just steps away from the beautiful sandy beach, restaurants and town centre. Professional friendly staffs and owner. Facilities are very clean and complete with compliments. Amazing seaview with sunrise view. Thank you for the excellent service. Definitely will recommend.

Wonderful location and place to stay. Comfy room with lots of little touches like slippers and bottled water. Louise was a great host who was incredibly accommodating throughout the duration of my stay. The B&B is well located with parking options nearby.

Perfect, like staying with friends, I’ll return 😊

The position on the beach was perfect. The hotel is excellent, I was welcomed immediately by the owner, nothing was too much trouble. Everything was provided and high quality. Beach towels were press was water for the beach. Breakfast items were all high wind delicious. I cannot think of anything that I would change, perfect. The owners and staff are delightful, it was like staying with friends 😊

Thoughtful touches

Many thoughtful touches such as a basket of beach towels in the hallway, umbrellas provided, nice toiletries in the room, ear plugs and a sleep mask.

I totally agree rooms don't need servicing every day but I would have liked a clean mug for my tea. I am sure I could have asked for one.

The location is fantastic. The beach, shops, arcades all walking distance. The host Louise at the property was lovely and friendly and the communication if we needed to speak to her was excellent

The only fault which is a very small one was it would’ve been better for extra sockets in the room

Such a warm welcome from our host, Louise. Perfect location, right in the beach. Clean and bright room, with lots of lovely extra touches such as nice toiletries, a fridge in the room and beach towels and bottled water by the front door. Delicious breakfast pre-ordered the evening before. Beautiful weather was the icing on the cake.

We had a sea view room which, although beautiful, had original single glazed windows. The property is on a main road which remained busy through the night. It also had a very bright security light outside which lit the room. However, the guest house provided much welcomed blindfolds and earplugs!

Perfect, exactly what we needed!

The location of the b&b was perfect, short walk from the train station and the long stay car park, right on the beach front absolutely perfect! Louise greeted us straight away with helpful information and maps of the area, the b&b provided lots of extra, fridge in the room, fan, little toiletries even beach towels to use, nice little touch. Very happy with our stay, would highly recommend and would be happy to book there again.

Short stay for 3 nights.

Everything was superb. Very clean, a lovely welcome by Louise. Very close to everything needed. Breakfast was lovely but only had it once, well taken care of. The rooms were very well equipped with things needed for coffee and tea in the morning, including milk in the fridge that was topped up.
