Friendly, always on hand, clean, considerate, supportive and great location

Geoff and Jackie run a very friendly welcoming clean and comfy hotel. They are always on hand to help with any questions, recommendations and concerns. It is a very open honest and friendly place. They work hard to maintain standards and provide guest with a comfy, friendly and considered service. For a unique family run and family oriented experience that is next to the beach front. This is the place to go

Great guesthouse

The location was great, right on the sea front. The owners were lovely and great with the kids. Breakfast was fab. Room was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. Loved that they provided a fan for each of the 2 bedrooms as it got quite hot at night.

The single bedroom off of our room in the attic didn't have a dial to turn the radiator off so it was boiling hot in there.

Great stay and Geoff and Jacqui were fantastic.

Location was great and the breakfast was perfect, Geoff and Jacqui were very welcoming and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived, when you stay at a new hotel you don't know what to expect but here it was lovely.

Our room was an attic room so obviously there would be sloping ceelings which did make the bath a bit awkward to negotiate but that was a minor issue, apart from that our bedroom was very comfy and we had a great night sleep, room was very clean and tidy and tea and coffee with biscuits was supplied.

Weymouth stay

Location is great

Check in was harder than it needed to be. Parking is not close. I couldn't put anything in the room until I'd parked the car, but with a little more than one trip's worth of luggage, had to leave some of my stuff in reception while we went to sort out the car.

Like staying with family

Jacqui and Geoff were the most wonderful hosts, made us feel part of ‘The Langham family’. Their hospitality, support and understanding whilst we were rolling wet bikes into their property was superb! Great weekend at Ironman and we would definitely stay again, thank you, all our family loved it.

Amazing and relaxing, just what we needed

The staff were amazing and so accomodating. They were so lovely to my baby girl too and reassured me as I was worried about her making too much noise for other guests. They honestly couldn't do enough for us. 100% recommend. We had a balcony room and the views were just amazing every morning.

Only downside i had there was the shower was very small and a tight squeeze to get in, but then, im not the smallest of people and im used to a walk in shower, totally not the hotel's fault at all!

The hosts were very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. Nice breakfast served and quick service. Our request to have an iron board in the room was also accommodated.

The kettle in the room was very old plastic one with so much limescale inside, which looked like it wasn't cleaned for some time. So, we didn't use it. Otherwise every thing was fine.

A lovely hotel — very clean, friendly, and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The location was excellent — right across from the beach and just a five-minute walk into town, which was ideal. Breakfast was served at a pre-selected time each morning, which wasn’t an issue at all. There was a great variety of options available, and the cooked breakfast was particularly impressive. I had scrambled eggs with salmon on toast, which was delicious. My husband and our two daughters were also very happy with their breakfasts. The staff and hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only slight downside to our room was that it was located at the back of the property, so our view was of the car park rather than the seafront — a note to myself to request a sea view next time! We stayed in a spacious family room that included a bunk bed, a single bed, and a double bed. The room itself was very comfortable and ideal for a family. The only issue we encountered — was that the double bed seemed on the smaller side. My husband and I found it a bit cramped, which made sleeping slightly uncomfortable. However, this certainly didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay.

The Langham is a lovely, typical seaside town B&B. It’s location is great and the staff are wonderful.

The location is excellent and the owners are wonderful. Very friendly and happy to help where they can.

On our second night the floorboards and running water from the room above kept us awake but that was due to the occupant coming back late and moving around excessively for a long period of time rather than an issue with the property.

Very close to town centre

Geoff and Jacgui were very welcoming. Our room was very comfortable and was fully equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. Lovely hot shower and comfy bed, we slept straight through. Great full English breakfast with the host's legendary fried bread. Definitely staying again.

Brilliant hotel and front of beach

Excellent location, hotel complemented car park, nice breakfast, comfy bedroom and size of room nr. 5 was amazing. It set at the back of the house, not much view but grateful to have a big window and received wind, a bit peace and quiet.

Squeeky floor from room upstairs and clunking noises from pipes upstairs. Not that big deal since we didn't stay in the hotel during day time only sleeping time and people upstairs turned taps on off.

Wonderful Weymouth Getaway at The Langham

What was there not to like? Wonderful BnB found at the last minute for a hall term getaway. Absolute gem of a place and we will definitely be visiting again. Geoff, Jackie and Barbara were fantastic and we were well looked after! Tears when we left which shows how sad we were to be leaving and what a lovely time we had.
