Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Told us of an interesting walk and nice breakfast cafe on the harbour. Also went out of their way to look for a ring which I had mislaid in the room.

The room we were given was very nice and the amenities were excellent. Breakfast was very good and they would cater for your needs. We will be going back.

Parking the car!

Our 2nd visit to Weymouth. We were warmly received by Tracie & Ian. Thought we might find it difficult to find parking, but Ian was very generous to guide us to find a space. The room was clean and had everything we needed. There's also plenty of tea/coffee replenish available. The accommodation is only a couple of minutes away from the harbour where you can find various places to eat & drink. Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Both Tracie and Ian are friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend 👌

Friendly welcome by hosts with lots of local knowledge of area and eateries. Comfortable room with tea/coffee/water available anytime and extras like hair straighteners. Great location near pretty harbour yet close to train station, beach and main town.

We absolutely loved our visit to The Wadham and truly appreciated the excellent communication from Tracie and Ian prior to our visit- especially with support for parking. Our room was beautifully appointed with comfortable bed and excellent facilities. From the time we were welcomed until checkout we felt so welcome - thank you to Tracie and Ian for a very special visit to Weymouth! Would highly recommend!

Too many stairs to my room!

Friendly helpful hosts accomodating our needs and gave us information about the area things to see and do with directions.Comfortable clean accommodation beautifuly decorated. Perfect location walking distance to everything around the area. Would definitely book again to re visit area.Thank you Ian and Tracie

We loved everything. Cannot fault Ian and Tracie. From before we even arrived they were exceptional hosts, making sure we were all set and had no worries about what to expect when we got there. After a nightmare 6hr journey of constant traffic, we were greeted with smiles and kindness. They couldn't do more for us if they tried. Even had a bottle of prosecco waiting for us in our room because I had told Tracie it was our first trip away as a couple without children in a very long time! They have the perfect balance of being helpful without being intrusive. Extremely personable, very funny and down to earth, Tracie and Ian are people my partner and I could really relate to and in any other circumstances, were they nearer, they would be the kind of people we would become good friends with. They know everything about the area and Tracie even drew us a map to all of the best places to eat and some lovely romantic walks. The guesthouse was beautifully decorated and had personal touches everywhere - some that only a woman could have thought of too, like feminine hygiene products in the bathrooms and even a set of hair straighteners in the bedroom! Something I have never seen but was SO grateful for after a typical UK "summer" day of rain haha! Our bedroom was immaculate, their was delicious glass bottled milk in the fridge and the bedspread looked brand new and unused. It's quiet and peaceful where it's located, even though it's about 30 seconds walk from everything - the pubs and restaurants by the quay to one side, the shops to another and the beach directly behind. All equal distance and all absolutely beautiful. The view from our window was stunning too. My partner didn't want to leave and on the first day there booked for an extra night on the spot. We can't wait to return and have already started looking at dates. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay.

Tracy and Ian couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable, they're amazing! I loved The Wadham, they had thought of everything, everything you'd need for your stay. Little thoughtful touches is what makes it. Loved the location and it was so quiet. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable beds. It was a few mins walk to all the bars and restaurants. Thank you guys and can't wait to come back

Great location, on a side street just a few meters from the picturesque Cove, and a short stroll from the Esplanade. We were able to drop our bags early which allowed us to explore more easily on the first day. The hosts provided local recommendations and could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The room was very well appointed.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable

clean, spacious, comfortable and enough coffee, milk etc. after a gruesome day it was a joy to find a fan in the room with it being so hot and muggy. most relaxing place I’ve stayed in a while. I didn’t realise Weymouth was such a nice place with vibrant night life, but I think the Wadham and it’s relaxing vibes made everything else better. can’t recommend enough

Everything went well at the property. House itself was immaculate and room was very well appointed. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and hospitable. The location is superb, just a minute walk to the harbour.

This is tough to comment on. The shower took a bit to warm up, but the bedroom was on the 5th floor of a townhouse, so that would be expected in an older building.

We loved everything about this place! Seriously, there is nothing not to like. The property is a beautiful old Georgian building which has been renovated exceptionally well, it is super clean, the amenities are great and the location is perfect for exploring Weymouth (just 30 seconds from the harbour). The owners, Tracy and Ian are very friendly and helpful, and have thought of everything that you might need, including hair straighteners in the room, filtered water, biscuits and tea coffee etc. with refills available outside your room. The rooms have beautiful bedding and decor, fantastic quality towels and they will give you a parking permit so you can park outside the property. We will definitely return!

The Wadham is exceptional! From the moment that we were met at the door by Traci until the moment we left our keys on the console table it was fab. Traci was so welcoming and friendly; our room was spotless, fresh and airy and the location was perfect. The communication we received from the owners before we arrived was also first class.

It was very welcoming and friendly. They couldn't do enough to make sure you were comfortable. They made sure you had everything that needed.

Lovely stay, the location is perfect, just a couple of minutes walk to the Esplanade and 1 minute to the harbour and couple of minutes to the shops. Our room was gorgeous and had everything we need. Even was given a parking permit. The standard of the B&B is excellent. The hosts are very welcoming, friendly and at hand to do anything for you. Top stay!

Great location right next to the harbour with lots of bars, cafes restaurant within a 5 minute walk. Tracie was an amazing host, very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and the beds comfy. I would happily stay here should I visit Weymouth again
