Fantastic hosts, very helpful!

Loved our stay here. Ian and Tracie are superb hosts; very friendly and really laid back. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable and having a fridge was very useful. The guesthouse has some real history and is absolutely charming. It is also in a brilliant location - very peaceful but very close to the beach and the gorgeous harbour where there are some excellent restaurants and places to stop for a drink and watch the world go by. We travelled by train so didn’t have to explore parking options but the railway station is a short walk away (10 minutes). Had a super weekend and will definitely stay here again.

The top floor rooms involve quite a lot of stairs, so check if that is an issue.

The wadham was very clean and tidy had everything you could possibly need.The owners were so helpful with everything from parking to just giving us tips on the best places to visit.

The owners were very friendly, and were always available for information and help if needed. They had really put thought into trying to make sure they had covered everything we could possibly need, even down to an extra top sheet for if we didn’t need the duvet due to the warm weather.

The en-suite in our room, but we could see it was the only option available if the room was too have an en-suite ( toilet and shower) it was just too small for us , it is hard to move , and position yourself to close the door and use both utilities. Also because the sink was in the bedroom it means you making a noise if you got up in the night to use the toilet.
