Difficult to get in the bathroom.carpet cut too short.Bad decor.tiny hand basin.couldn’t remove shower head.breakfast and coffee cold.

Great location. Breakfast was excellent, cooked to perfection with home made jams too! Host was happy and chatty. We had a good laugh with him. Parking great with pass.

This property was located so central and easy to get to. Absolutely lovely family and such a delightful place to stay. Room was perfect and we loved the breakfast in the morning too! Amazing kind lovely family who made us feel so welcome and at home.

Loved the location beakfast was cooked to order lovely outlook nice and quiet at night close to all shops and attractions and beach very helpfull owners on getting directions to places all in all a lovely place to stay

i found the parking a bit tedious not enough spaces for all the hotels around there and over all parking prices a bit steep its ok to have a permet if your staying but to try and find a space in the first place is a task in its self going round and round was lucky after the 3rd time around to get a space

It’s our second stay and we will come back. Very friendly family that runs the guest house, nice breakfast, perfect location, very convenient parking permit. Room is simple but clean and has everything needed.

Close to beach and town centre,free parking although on street and not directly to property

Room was small and basic very hot in room,could of done with cooling fan,no choice for breakfast,only full English breakfast and cereal,breakfast was service and rushed

Quality homely establishment, clean, Friendly, and Teddy Bears having breakfast

Friendly, I loved the Family run business, so accommodating, could come and go as we please....I would def stay there again but I would book early and try to get a room on 1st floor....its a tall building and the stairs give you a workout LOL. Great price and they provide a refundable parking permit within the zone area. If booking there do me a favour have the courtesy to inform if cancelling as its their only income. Thank you Beaufort it was a pleasure to stay with you (4-8th July 2025)

I liked breakfast included, Great Location, parking permit available with notice and a £10 deposit. Come and go as you please 24 hours access.extremly accommodating staff. Free WiFi

Not a problem but feel I should mention it IPersonally felt the window was a little unsafe can be opened fully and has a low windowsill someone drunk or a small child could fall maybe putting a stopper on so it only opens partially would help,

The breakfast was excellent, the location was really close to the town centre, plenty of bars and restaurants close by, buses and taxis also close by.

The location is perfect for the town and beach. The free parking voucher loaned by the landlord saves a lot in parking charges. Friendly hosts and lovely breakfast with home-made marmalade and jam.

Easy check in, large room with bay window and sea view, close to amenities and harbour/beach, great communication through. Good breakfast and very helpful with food allergy. Good local knowledge including bus services.

No dedicated parking on street but permit provided once space was found. To be fair, it was a very busy week in Weymouth being summer holidays and having fireworks on day of arrival.

The owners made us feel very welcome Breakfast was excellent Nice rooms.and exceptional views of the Beach front. Very relaxed ambience. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Parking could be a bit of a pain but that is for all guest houses in that area but the parking permit made it a lot easier.
