Excellent location. Room excellent. Breakfast lovely.
The breakfast room is a bit gloomy, as you walk down the stairs to the basement the carpet gets very dirty.
The shower cubicle was dirty around the tray and the drain.

Location was great, close to harbour and beach, and quiet, staff were friendly, breakfast very enjoyabke with a fair amount of choice

The location was perfect , I went to a wedding on the beach , the reception was in the pavilion I was at the closest location . The b and b was clean comfortable and very accommodating letting me leave my suitcase until my train departure late afternoon . Breakfast was lovely . Staff friendly and most helpful .

Great location. Surprisingly, there was no noise at night. Cosy and interesting, with a lovely seaside-themed interior. Overall, the room was clean.
There was no reception. The room was very small for two people, and our room was not shown in the pictures provided when booking. The breakfast itself was good. The room had a nice atmosphere, but the tables were covered with very cheap, old tablecloths, and the radiator was dirty.
