A very warm and friendly welcome to a lovely and well maintained boutique hotel. Highly recommend!

The hosts were brilliant- really responsive and helpful initially when I was arranging our arrival time and for advice on nearby parking. On arrival it was such a warm welcome and really fascinating to learn the history of the building and the area a bit. The location was perfect, easy to find, local parking available nearby, right on the waterfront and just lovely to walk along the esplanade. The room was comfortable and clean, and the decor throughout was really lovely. Breakfast was great, a nice range of options and a special shout out to the homemade Greek yoghurt and fruit compote which was particularly delicious! Really pleased overall and would definitely recommend to others as well as stay again if we are in the area.

I think the windows were single glazed so you could hear people on the street a bit and just generally through the walls a little (this didn't bother me at all but if you are a bit sensitive to sounds when trying to sleep I'd recommend ear plugs as it might be a bit bothersome).

Lovely Georgian guest house, very clean and comfortable with good facilities including USB charger. Freshly prepared breakfast with lots of choice. Great location on the sea front with a sea view. Very helpful host.

Exceptional hospitality in Weymouth

I stayed in Weymouth at this hotel and was more than satisfied with my experience. The breakfast room was spotless and beautifully presented, with tables overlooking the beach that made every morning feel special. The room itself was cosy, comfortable, and very well cared for. The hosts truly attended to every detail and their warmth and hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. Their effort and pride in maintaining such a welcoming environment were greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a delightful and memorable visit — I would gladly return.

If booking, only book the Superior suite which offers more space. Great host however!

Perfect location as it's close to the amenities and shops. Everything is within walking distance. Parking available behind the hotel too which isn't too costly.

The standard double rooms are too small. They could pass as closets as I kept hurting my leg on the edge of the bed trying to walk round to get to the toilet. The double bed is also not a standard double and short in length which is intentional as a standard size won't fit the room.

Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in Weymouth.

Great location right in the heart of Weymouth. Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Derek was most welcoming. The full English breakfast was fantastic. Will definitely be returning.

the welcome from the owner was fantastic he could not do enough for us and told us about the local area, the room was fantastic and we had a really lovely sleep and we woke up to a really top class breakfast

An excellent stay.

The location was excellent. We stayed in the Deluxe King Room which was very bright and well appointed, overlooking the esplanade and right on the sea front which had two floor to ceiling Georgian windows with beautiful shutters. The breakfast room was very comfortable and there was a good choice of cereals, nuts and seeds and natural yogurt with home made fruit compote followed by a choice of cooked breakfasts. Derek and Suzanne were very good hosts and even provided cake for guests in the afternoon located in the lobby entrance which was a very nice touch.

A Special Place to relax.

We very much liked the location on the sea front at Weymouth. The room was excellent and had a super sea view. However, the best aspect of our stay was the lovely warm welcome from Derek, the owner. Superb breakfast and superb customer service from explaining where to visit and explore and recommendations for places to eat. A lovely touch was Derek's wife,Susan, providing the lovely breakfast and one of her tasty cakes in the afternoon. Highly recommended.

We could not find fault with anything.It was a perfect stay in every way.

Myself and my wife really enjoyed our stay at No 98 Boutique and would definitely recommend it.

Hotel was lovely, room was very good, breakfast superb. Information from Suzanne prior to visit was most helpful and Derek was a great host. A very enjoyable stay.

Bed quilt was a bit heavy and room could do with some blackout blinds as the street lights shone through.

Excellent accomadation, excellent host and fabulous breakfast

Derek gave us a very warm greeting on arrival and explained how things worked. The Breakfast was excellent and was timed to allow the breakfast to be freshly cooked ,and it was delicious. We would highly reccommend this accomadation

Last minute booking, comfortable stay and great breakfast.

The room was clean and inviting, Derek gave us a very warm welcome. Comfortable bed Lovley extras like cafetière for coffee.

The noise from the road, but there may be constraints on double glazing ? curtains would be good as the shutter blinds do not keep out the daylight, the room was light at 05.45. When we stayed a few years ago, we had a room nearer the rear of the hotel.

Fantastic hotel and stay as ideally located to train station, seafront and Weymouth Pavilion.

We stayed one night at No 98 Boutique Hotel which was ideal situated to the Railway Station and Weymouth Pavilion, as well as the seafront. It is also located close to the town. Had beautifully decorated and comfortable room, overlooking the sea. Great choice for breakfast. The proprietors were very friendly. We hope to return sometime soon. Highly recommended
