parking was said to be available but Manager had to take us to another Hotel to park in there car park instead because they dont actually have parking at the Hotel.
being told we cannot eat our own food in the room (only their cereal!!!)
fridge wasnt cold and had to no racks in it. We were travelling the UK so had food on board.

Perfect location. Hotel was clean. Not much else to say about it.
Advertised as having parking, which they absolutely didn't (have since updated their profile to say no parking). Very rude when we complained and no apology whatsoever. Then told us later we could park at the church about half a mile up the road, saying "but don't talk to anyone" - which he reiterated a few minutes later. Decided something was definitely not right so opted to stay at the long stay car park.

Excellent place to stay
It was a lovely location. Michelle, the young lady who made us so welcome, told us about the area and all the best places to visit. She was also a very hard-working lady attending to everybody's needs. We also we got free parking, which was a big bonus in Weymouth

Friendly little hotel in brilliant location with very comfortable rooms.
Everything was spotlessly clean. Room was light and airy with openable window, pleasant modern décor and dimmable lights. Bed extremely comfortable. Fridge in room with a choice of milk for drinks and (provided) cereals. Plenty of electrical sockets and USB charging points. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location right on seafront and very near rail station and bus stops. Best hotel wi-fi I have ever come across anywhere.
Coffee-making facilities would have been nice: there was a choice of teas but only instant coffee. (We had our own decaf coffee bags but not everyone travels with those). I think that's it, really.

View very good. Room which we were moved to very nice. Young lady who worked there looked after us very well.
Booked a ground floor room with private parking and walk in shower (mobility problems). Hotel locked on arrival. Another guest had been waiting 20 mins. Given a top floor room which we refused. No parking at all. Manager moved us to first floor. Half an hour later came back saying the owner said it wasn’t a booking.com room and wanted another £100. We refused. We said we would vacate the hotel and to refund our money. He said that wasn’t possible he would have to pay the extra £100. Very uncomfortable situation. No breakfast room, variety pack cereal in room, no parking, no lift, no bar, no proper reception area just a desk in a room full of boxes. Outside of hotel in need of renovation. Very noisy from road outside. Advertised as 5*. NOT A 5* HOTEL. In our opinion avoid.

An obstructed sea view! Check before you stay.
We booked a king room with a sea view. The room itself was very spacious and spotlessly clean. We had a comfy sofa and large TV for the evening. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from everything. There was private, free parking although be aware this is 10 minute walk from the property and you will need directions to find the parking space.
We specifically chose this hotel room for the sea view. Sadly, when we arrived the front of the property was covered with scaffolding, our hearts sank. We were shown to our room and I immediately brought up the scaffolding obstructing the view we had booked. The lady, who I now know is the owner, simply said, 'Well it doesn't really spoil the view and we're used to it.' I said that we should have been informed prior to our arrival so that we had the option to cancel, after all the view wasn't as advertised. She shrugged her shoulders. I repeated what I had said to the other owner who simply said, 'My brother should have told you.' I've been in contact with booking.com and the property as I feel there's been no acknowledgement that this was a real issue for us and that our money had been taken under some false pretences. It's only since booking.com have been involved that the property owners have apologised at all, and that's for 'our experience'. The owners have also said that they've had someone look at the view and it was, 'adjudged that the view itself was not severely affected.' I'm not after a full refund but some compensation offered would have been appropriate. And understanding that they, out of courtesy and professionalism should have informed us before the visit would have been a sincere response. I'm not one for writing bad reviews, but in this instance I felt it appropriate. It's such a shame, they have a decent product but once they have your money there's no care. (I must mention Sebastian, the manager, who was away when we visited, is very much more approachable but said his hands were tied regarding help). Whilst this didn't bother us I am going to mention it as feel obliged to ensure other visitors are fully informed. The king room with sea view is advertised as having a walk in shower, there's even a picture of a walk in shower however it’s a shower cubicle.

Exceptional hospitality and kind staff.
Michelle was the most exceptional host. She was so friendly and went out of her way to make us comfortable. I was honestly blown away by her kindness and generosity and I would highly recommend this hotel because of her.
The location was also great and the rooms were very clean and comfortable!

Great base for our visit. Short walk from train station, shops and harbour.
Room was clean. Very comfortable bed. 2 pints of milk in little fridge, mugs and loads of tea and coffee. Really good to be able to make a good cuppa on a morning. Also boxes of cereals and bowls in room so could have a bit of breakfast. Staff were very friendly.
We were on the top floor so lots of stairs to climb. This was no problem for us but could be if anyone had mobility problems.

Fantastic location near to sea, station and the town.
It’s a clean Bed & Breakfast if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. No onsite food beyond cereal and milk and no table, cutlery, Crockery or even glasses to help you prepare your own cold food. It’s misleading to call this a 5 star hotel. That’s plainly not true. It’s clean and comfortable but basic. Reception open from 9-5 only.
