Great location

No fan in the room. Floorboards from room above us were very creaky whenever someone above us moved

Excellent location- central to everything. Very clean room, friendly staff. Good value for money.

A couple of minor issues but nothing that affected the overall sentiment of our stay. Parking advertised as free but you do have to pay, it is a public car park a short walk away (not a huge issue really). Extremely creaky floor boards in our room and no soap / shower gel provided but this is easily purchased at a shop round the corner.

The room was very clean and modern

We booked a Seaview room, and were allocated one on the top 4th floor, which in this heatwave was very uncomfortable. We were shown a similar room on the second floor, which was much cooler but was initially told by the manager that we could not have this as we had booked through booking dot com who are only allocated top floor rooms as they are discounted. After much discussion with the manager we had to pay an additional £20 for the room to cover laundry costs!!! We were also expecting free parking as shown on the sign outside and on the downstairs windows so had to pay an additional £10 day in parking charges.
