Excellent location- central to everything. Very clean room, friendly staff. Good value for money.
A couple of minor issues but nothing that affected the overall sentiment of our stay.
Parking advertised as free but you do have to pay, it is a public car park a short walk away (not a huge issue really). Extremely creaky floor boards in our room and no soap / shower gel provided but this is easily purchased at a shop round the corner.

Lovely big room with comfy bed, good shower, comfy settee, good tv, great sea views.
Noisy when windows open but good double glazing and big fan provided.
