Overall very disappointing and would definitely not be staying there again.

Close proximity to the town, the breakfast was ok

The room was very dated, definitely not the cleanest and was cold and damp. The shared bathrooms were also not the cleanest. Overall the room and bathroom both showed alot of maintenance needed and the cleaners definitely needed a check if there was any.. Was not told even on checking in that there was a live band on the night I stayed which happened to be directly under the room I stayed in to the point I had trouble hearing my tv and trying to have a phone conversation. Also when using the side door to be able to access the accommodation without having to go through the bar there were no lights so was really struggling to actually get the key into the door whilst being 3 steps down from the door stood in the road.

Pub B and B in the heart of Weymouth.

Traditional pub B and B in brilliant location in town centre. Early breakfast (from 6.30am) available and included in price. Very good value for money.

As you're rooming above a bar you are aware of some noise but it wasn't intrusive or prevented me sleeping. I was informed on check in of the night they had live music.

Pleasantly beautiful and quirky

The location was fantastic, staff where very welcoming and helpful. I was in the attic room which was up two flights of quirky stairs which I personally loved as it’s a very old building. I was very greatful for the fan that was available in the room. Clean bedding and nice simple decor. To, and kettle facilities in room. Breakfast was lovely. Overall very pleasant stay

There were many shortcomings in the property. Overall, it only feels worth it because of the location and the price, but in terms of comfort and facilities, it falls short of expectations.

Disappointed. Think before you .

Friendly welcome. Double bed comfy. Tea and coffee 8n the room and fan. Position is by the Harbour. Easy access to shops and beach

Both children complained of itchy beds on both single beds. One daughter ended up sleeping on the floor on duvets. No duvets supplied. Had to ask for them. Paint flaking off the ceiling over my daughter. Rooms could do with some tlc. Simple things. Shared shower......not the best or appealing to use the shower. Very pocky. Water leaking out of a pipe by the toilet. Basically the standard depends on who used it last. Bathroom needs updating. Not looking for top end but this was more of a cheap hostel level. Rooms above an active pub so don't choose karaoke night to stay over. No chance if sleeping until the last feisty revellers have left the harbour area. No definite parking. Parking permits supplied and had to park on the loading bay before finding a space.

Would not stay again!

Location was good for a visit to the pavilion.

The room was upstairs in the attic and the stairs leading up to it were very awkward to get to the room. The shared bathroom was down this flight of stairs and at night and while sleepy, felt dangerous. The bedroom door was very small too and we had to duck down to go up the stairs and through this door. The room was very warm and we had the use of a fan, which had leads showing and didn’t look safe. The room and facilities could do with an overhaul, as very run down. We decided not to have breakfast based on this reason.

This was a nice place to stay for one night. Basic in terms of accommodation. Fair price to pay for.

The location was good near the Quay & sea front. Parking permit given. Staff friendly Breakfast was very good. Room & bathroom facilities were clean and adequate.

The noise from the pub below, after closing time. Neighbouring room very noisy. They were talking & in & out of their room numerous times. It was a pub, so I would expect some noise, but it didn't close until 12.00 midnight.

Room was not clean at all, bed was old broken and uncomfortable, drawers were dirty so i didn't unpack, bathroom hadn't been cleaned before me or bin emptied.

Had a crack in the window should tell people when they book they need 10 pound deposit for the keys obviously you get into deposit back and just two let anyone know if you go for the large breakfast you have to pay £1.50 more but it is very good value

None of the electrics worked in the room, including the kettle. Upon returning for the evening, it was very loud and rowdy in the bar area, with the noise travelling to our room. We decided not to continue with our stay (1 night) and was put up nearby.

Really lovely place, great staff and food

Loved the location and the staff and the food. The room was cute upstairs and plenty of space. The beds were clean. Breakfast was hands down one of the best breakfasts I have had and I'm fussy about a good breaky lol!

Sadly the shower could do with a deeper clean. Like the shower sides and glass door were clean but not in the frames ect. Taps were old and a bit crusty so for a shared bathroom it was a like ok for 1 night. We closed the curtains for the night and tissues and papers fell out the curtain which was a bit gross. We had to ask for duvets, with no trouble we were given them but for our double bed we only got a single and by the time we realized it was late and we were tired so two of us made do with a single duvet and a sheet. It would have been better to have had the duvet on the bed and we could have taken it off if not needed. I would stay again but wouldn't be keen to use the bathroom for more than just the toilet.

Basically OK, but a little thought and tlc could make this room far more comfortable.

Cheerful, busy pub in good location, Friendly staff. Bed OK and breakfast basic but nicely cooked.

Room was bleak - no chair, table, cupboard, bedside light, sink plug. The only item of furniture was a set of three drawers, dirty inside and runners not working properly. Unpleasant patches of deep dirt round window and shower.

Everything was good. Great location in the centre of Town 10 mins walk from the train station close to the beach. Lovely breakfast which was included in the room rate you can upgrade for a bigger portion.

The check in was easy and the staff were helpful.

The rooms are right above the pub and it is really noisy. We stayed on a Friday night and we could hear people singing and smoking outside the pub until midnight.
