Great hotel and walking distance to the town.

It was good guest house. They kept very clean. They provided good healthy breakfast and parking was available at their place.

A comfortable & peaceful place to sleep in a good location.

Our room was on the third floor only accessed by stairs (the last flight were quite steep) so wouldn't suit those with mobility issues. We're in our 70s so would've preferred a lower floor, but there wasn't availability for that & we nanaged ok. The room wasn't large, but had a single bed plus a "queen" sized one as well & both beds were very comfortable & it was really quiet. Our stay was during the weekend of Storm Amy, which was very blustery, but luckily, not too cold, so our room temperature was OK, but as the larger bed was pushed up hard to the radiator under the window, I'm not sure if the bed could be moved away from it to let the radiator warm up the room if required? There's a double wardrobe & quite a few drawers in the room, but no chairs. The breakfast was perfect! We had to order the full cooked English breakfast the night before, with a good choice, including vegan & cereals, OJ, fresh fruit, toast & jams & tea & coffee were also available. The lovely landlady, Jan, was very welcoming & helpful. There's limited parking at the rear of the property which isn't easiy found with many of the guest housed. & it's an easy walk to the centre of the harbour areas, which has a good selection of places to eat & drink, with quite a few independent shops mixed with some larger national names. We'll definitely be returning to Weymouth next year as there's so much to see & do there, in the town & within a few miles outside it. We attended the fantastic, annual, Pirates Festival Weekend that runs from the first Friday - Sunday of October, which is great fun for all ages, with a parade of hundreds of Pirates around the precincted streets, with drums & pipes as they go & lots of live music everywhere, including on a "Pirates' Ship"!

No extractor fan in the shower room, but a can of air freshener was discretely left on the shelf, as well as some shower toiletries.

Overall, a good choice, and an enjoyable stay.

Location was just 6 minutes pleasant walk to the beach and centre of town. Breakfast was brilliant - lots of options and nicely cooked. The owners friendly and helpful. Decent shower. Offroad parking.

We booked at the very last minute and probably didn't get the best of the rooms. The beds were comfortable, but we had no seats in the bedroom.

Extremely well-kept BnB in a quiet location that provided for all of our needs.

Room was very nice and fit our purposes, bathroom was also exactly what we needed. Breakfast was excellent and used an in-advance system that allowed you to order the night before - we’ve never seen any BnB employ this system so this was a very unique and helpful way to make breakfast easier. Jan was very helpful and approachable as our host - she addressed some of our concerns directly and made up the rooms every day, providing us with much needed water for our walks.

Location was a bit out of the way of the usual tourist spots, but this ended up working out fine for our trip. Parking was also a bit limited and we ended up parking on adjacent streets for the entirety of our trip. Jan was very helpful in helping us find acceptable locations beyond her property.

The host Jan was so friendly and accommodating. She really did want her guests to be comfortable. She even prepared a special breakfast for myself and my husband as we had a special fast.lots of vegan and vege choices for breakfast.

Excellent guesthouse

Lovely guesthouse set in an ideal location, although on a main road which can be noisy. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Host Jan was a lovely lady, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Would love to stay here again 😁

Very clean and well organized, the owner is very hospitable and everything they want to help you with everything you want, the cleanliness and well organized Satisfied me, exceptional, I recommend!

About the property I can guarantee you that it is clean and located in a quiet area, they offered me a parking space right behind the location, at the same time the location is not far from the city center and the beach, about 7-10 minutes walking distance , so you don't need a car to get to the beach or the city center, very hospitable owners of this location, they help you at any minute and you are welcomed very warmly!
