Well it was exactly amazing. Close to the beach and town centre.

It was close to everything we wanted the owners were amazing.

The property was amazing Tim was very welcoming and the breakfast was amazing a lovely room . Very comfortable.and the shower was lovely and hot . Would definitely go back again and highly recommend

Nice area and no continuous road traffic. Excellent breakfast. Tim & Susan was very nice people they give more advice about visiting the area.

Honestly the worst place Iin my life ! non sea view room is like a prison,

The location was good Dorset coast is beautiful . Really regret staying in this B and B.

The non sea view room was very small and claustrophobic with a view of a wall and main road , I felt imprisoned and cut the stay short as didn't want to stay another night in that room It was not significantly cheaper than the sea view room The bathroom was very small , black marks on toilet seat , no shower gel and cleaning products left in the bathroom. Not at all inviting. Never stayed in a hotel that doesn't provide shower gel, just very cheap handwash. Was so happy to be home with my big windows and luxurious bathrooms. The hosts were extremely unkind to my 4 year old, telling him to be quiet when he was just talking, telling him to sit down really aggressively and telling him not to touch leaflets with his ' dirty hands' which were not dirty . They also started moaning about not having breakfast requests in the morning , they had not yet cooked the breakfast yet started complaining that changed from 2 English breakfasts to just one scrambled eggs. The full English all tasted of watery mushroom hence not wanting it again .

Welcoming, excellent value guest house that is a perfect place to stay to explore Weymouth

Really lovely location, and staff were v helpful. Breakfast was pleasant with a good set of choices (maybe a different juice?), and there was plenty of help and information from the owner if we needed it.

Just needed a choice of juice as I don't like Orange Juice - that was all really, and that was a pretty small thing!

the couple that run it were superb very helpful and friendly the property was very nice and very clean the location was bang on , the breakfast was bang on cooked to perfection quality ingredients , premium produce served hot and the coffee was top notch

the room was small , very cleen , the bed and mattress not very good , the bathroom was tiny again very clean the door between the room and bathroom was sliding and to be fair was trash , the shower was very good

Excellent weekend break.

Fantastic view. Easy to walk to Preston and the harbour. Plenty of space with chairs to relax in as well as the table and chairs in the window. Fridge useful for drinks. Plentiful supply of tea and coffee. Breakfast was brilliant.

Parking was tricky as we arrived mid afternoon, on a Saturday, in the heatwave so Weymouth was very busy. But we did manage to find a free parking space using the provided map.

We had an amazing stay at Seaspray! Tim and his team were incredibly warm and hospitable, taking exceptional care of us throughout our visit. We truly felt pampered by their kindness. The view from our room was breathtaking, and we loved waking up each morning to the stunning sunrise. The hotel’s location was also ideal, making our experience even more enjoyable.

The hosts were fantastic, very knowledgable about the surrounding area and happy to give tips on where to go. Great ocean views from the family room and situated on a very quiet street.
