Ok but wouldn't go back in the same room

Lovely spot, everything is well thought through and the staff are lovely.

However, we were in Suite 2 which is supposed to be big enough for 4 but it is so, so tight. They crammed the pull out bed in but there was hardly enough space to walk around and it was very hot an stuffy. If it was sold as a room for 2 or even 3 with a small single pull out, it would have been fine.

It was quirky and fun for my 11 yo son, and myself x The games room was a hit, and the little touches were lovely

Nice sized fridge, but struggled to find things to use for breakfast and lunch, but we muddled through ok once we found some cutlery and little bowels.

Great value for money! The host was very responsive, and communication was excellent. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, local shops, and the train station. The online parking permit process was hassle-free, making our stay even smoother

Great location. Good response from Adam for all my queries and the parking info was easy. The room was adequate for what we needed. Parking well thought out (park and walk is easy distance from the accommodation). Lots of information and brochures in the hallway. We didn’t use the pool table or gaming arcade but great to see them as an option. Nice easy walk to the beach front.

I wasn’t aware the toaster etc were in a separate room and that there would be disposable cutlery and paper plates and bowls. I would have preferred washable items.

A great place to stay which is located close to the beach, train station, shops and the city centre. We will definitely

Jurassic Bay Holidays is located in a great place, next to the train station (Could hardly hear the trains), in the city centre, and only about 11 minutes walk to the beach. The room was nice (we had a small room, as we only stayed for a night), well equipped with kettle, a nice choices of hot drink, a shower. There is also an iron and ironing board on the landing. The Owners/staff were very helpful with arranging parking permits. We will definitely be coming back.

Great theming

The theming was fabulous all the little touches were lovely. Games room was a good addition and enjoyed by the family. Facilities in the room were great - it's nice to see accommodation that caters for larger families.

Unfortunately the blind on the skylight was broken and when I messaged to mention it, I got no response.

Clean, smooth and efficient

Very clean, smooth and efficient. Adam answered my calls and was very helpful too. All amenities were easy to use and any instructions were clear and easily found. Including how to get in and out. Also in the communal room downstairs. A little odd that there was no staff, but we knew this beforehand and everything was very well explained.

No hand towel in the ensuite. Could have done with two towels pp.

Smallest rooms and sharing everything.

Shared lounge was a nice to have.

Extremely small room to the point that it's uncomfortable to be there for a mid or long timeframe. Shared bathrooms next door make you hear everything and everyone, and wait until they use its hands air blower. The whole structure shares one shower only. I'd avoid this place, also overpriced by far for what it is.

Very pleasant tidy and convenient.

Only thoughts to improve might be a coat hook and challenging to charge phones. We stayed in a family room and had four phones to charge but a shortage of outlets so it took forever.

We were not aware that we would have to share a toilet. Not enough room to swing a cat. My wife had a difficult job getting into bed as it was against the wall and dressing table

A gem in the city, offering a perfect escape. My room was very cozy with a super comfy bed, on-suite shower, clean fridge and a HD Smart TV. Loved the pool table and retro arcade machine in the lounge, it was also handy having a microwave and toaster there. The staff were very polite and everything was spotless. Overall, my stay was awesome. Can't wait to come back! - J
