Exceptional property on Weymouth seafront.

A perfect stay with stunning views and incredible breakfasts.

This is a fantastic property with beautiful views, incredible breakfasts and so many little details to make it very special. The variety of home made items from smoothies and yoghurt to jams and pastries was amazing and it was such a lovely idea to have it quietly waiting in a beautiful basket outside the door each morning at 8:30am. The cupcakes, milk and ice machine on the landing and the welcome drinks and variety of teas and coffees in the room all added to making it such a treat. The parking permit was so efficiently sorted out and the app that is full of so much information is very impressive and makes it very easy to communicate with the very welcoming owners. Thank you for making our trip to Weymouth so lovely.

Shower cubicle in the room may not be ideal for everyone. Last standard check-in times are early, which is difficult if travelling long distance after work, not an issue as such, just added a pressure on the journey.

Well worth the stay and not to be missed !!

This place had everything and was very well equipped and thought of. Breakfast was a treat every morning with a surprise box of homemade goodies and we couldn’t wait to open it.. our room overlooked the beach and harbour which was lovely.

Roundhouse stay

Lovely hotel. Friendly Greeting on arrival and helped us with our luggage upstairs. Room was immaculate and bed extremely comfortable. The positioning of the hotel is excellent with Lovely views overlooking weymouth beach and sea front. And views the other side of the quayside .breakfast is delivered to your room and was very nice with different items included every morning. Nice to sit and see weymouth waking up whist having breakfast. Highly recommended and we have already booked up again. Can't really say much more .

very happy with our stay

The hotel did not have a breakfast room, instead there was a delightful "surprise" breakfast served in a basket delivered to the room. which was different every day.

Relaxing and enjoyable seaside holiday

Comfortable spacious room with amazing views over beach, coastline and harbour. Incredible and varied breakfast basket, delivered to the room every morning, with delicious vegan options, that we enjoyed eating with no time constraints and great views. Responsive and accommodating hosts, well situtated within walking distance of beach and many sights.

Breakfasts of excellent quality. Keith’s bonus evening trifle was exceptional.

Breakfast surprise idea didn’t work for us. We prefer a continental breakfast, so the cheeseburger on day 1, although beautifully cooked and presented, wasn’t suitable. Croissants & porridge & boiled eggs on day 2 (again perfectly cooked & presented) was fine for me but not for my wife, who doesn’t eat eggs or porridge.

Well priced and well placed accommodation with splendid views of Weymouth bay.

The Roundhouse is a delightful Georgian homestead once used by royalty. Ideally situated on the beachfront near fantastic amenities inc. parking, restaurants and entertainment, not forgetting perfect views of the bay and marina. Our individual breakfasts were catered in-house daily with a variety of choices and the room amenities made sure we were comfortable and relaxed to enjoy our stay.

That we didn’t get to stay longer, but plan to return.

Superb hotel with everything you need in the room. Very clean and wonderful views. The owners had thought of everything and the morning variety of breakfast each day which was provided in a lovely basket to your room was amazing. Lovely few days away

Lovely large room with great views from both windows. Loved the breakfast baskets and the variety each day. Nice little surprises, like delicious homemade tiramisu left for guests.

Not much. Bathroom was tiny and a bit tired but understand that its probably to keep the space for the bedroom.

Breakfast was exceptional and views from room beautiful especially as Weather was so good. A lot of thought has gone into this B&B! Would highly recommend!

Next time we will book a room on a lower floor as 48 stairs a bit much for2 oldies!!!

The location was absolutely perfect, the beech was 10 meters away and the harbour was a 2 minute walk both could be seen from the windows of our room, just perfect.

Relaxed and friendly

The round house was a lovely place to stay, it is close to the theatre and harbour pubs and a easy to walk to the town etc, When we arrived we were given a permit to park but we didn't get a space until the following morning but it was easy to park in the pavillion carpark which is a stones throw away. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean and overlooked both the beach and the harbour and it was great to watch the dogs racing around the beach first thing in the morning. the hosts Lisa, Keith & Amelia put a lot of thought into making our stay as relaxed as possible and the little extra touches such as the bonus dessert in the fridge (lemon posset was delicious) was appreciated, the only thing I would have liked different was the breakfast baskets, the food we had whilst we stayed was home made and fresh and it changed each day but my husband is a fussy so and so, so there was times when he had nothing that he liked but on the bonus side I got to eat double. So a bit of a choice the day before would save on any wasted food. That being said I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Room was fantastic, with great views looking out over the beach and the harbour. Lisa and Keith really made our stay so special. With lots of wonderful touches and treats. Each morning a breakfast basket was delivered to our room which was filled with amazing homemade food. The homemade jams and marmalades were delicious. Each morning we sat ate our breakfast looking over to the beach with the sound of the waves…just lovey.

We loved the views of the harbour and Weymouth bay. Breakfast was something different every day. There was a fridge on the first floor for milk and a ice maker. Room had everything you could need including wine glasses and a ice bucket.

The room and views from it were fantastic the rest was standard for any hotel The hosts were friendly perhaps a little over friendly xxx. This is a standard B&B trying to be something it is not

BREAKFAST are awful . Went there for 4 days and out of that I ate 2 then went to the local cafe for food. Every morning there is a bread stick jam and butter. One day I was served a snotty egg which put me off a pot of something and dry bread and jam . One day there was porridge which I cannot stand and again dry bread with butter and awful jam.
