Excellent location on the far end of promenade with easy access to the beach.
Parking is an issue locally whereas you basically get a street car spot where you can find one which basically means you could be a few hundred metres from the accommodation. I hasten to add that this is the situation for just about every accommodation locally and the owner Sean was great in advising re parking and giving us a parking token which allowed us to avoid paying the expensive local fees. I would advise against staying in the highest part of the accommodation due to the excessive heat certainly in summertime.

Location was perfect, really comfortable beds lovly and clean, and the host was great lovly breakfast l enjoyed my weekend stay.
Unfortunately for us we were on the 3rd floor and struggled with so many stairs, l should have checked before booking so my own fault but sadly l wouldn’t be able to there again due to too many stairs.

Food was exellent
Extremely noisy with immersion tank situated above bed and very noisy, (nearly all night).
Really poor shower with very weak flow
