Lovely B&B right by the beach just across the road and right round the corner from the harbour and the town centre, ideal for us as we travelled by train, our room had amazing views, we laid in bed most mornings looking at the beach and sea, had a lovely little seating area to, breakfast was lovely, amazing bacon and sausage, orange juice was nice to everything you could want.
Nothing really except we were there for a week and the towels were not changed once.

John and Sue are very welcoming. The location is excellent with a lovely view across the bay and only a minute or 2 walk to the esplanade.
Breakfast was lovely too.

Overall bedroom clean and comfy. Breakfast a little small but good. Facilities however we were on top floor after walking around no toilet downstairs and although it had a lovely sitting room we were not allowed to use it. Which meant stack in the bedroom or outdoor.
No use of a communal area and no down stairs
