The room was a good size & very comfortable.
You couldn't ask for a better location, with a big bay window which looks straight out onto the beach.
The breakfast was really enjoyable, with a good selection as well as a full English.
The owners were very friendly & attentive.
I enjoyed my stay very much & there wasn't really anything I didn't like.

Within minutes walk of the pavilion and beach. Great breakfast

What a lovely location with rooms looking out either across the beach and sea or the harbour, Very handy for the shops too. The room was very clean and the hosts were chatty and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty and nicely cooked.
The walls between rooms are a bit thin due to the hotel being a very old listed building but that wouldn’t deter me from staying there again.

Good location for the town centre
Basic bed linen & pillow very uncomfortable.
A breakfast menu would have made a difference as zero options were offered!
