Showers were not working ,Mould in the bedroom , room wasnt clean , bed clothes smelled damp . Kitchen area wasnt a good standard .Microwave was full of rust needs replacing . Place needs a full revamp & brought up to a proper standard .

It was clean and warm and we had a good night's sleep.
It was a last minute booking as of a flight cancellation , it was clean warm , able to cook food if you wanted , teas and coffee and biscuits provided in our room .
No Decaf tea and decaf coffee sachets.

Overpriced
The bed was comfortable. However the room was more cramped than it looked on the photographs I was not able to use the desk to prepare for some meetings because it was too close to the bed and the roof was angled which didn't leave enough headroom to sit at the desk. On street parking was easy.
I booked for 5 nights but left after 2 nights due to the cramped room and late night noise from other guests which kept me awake. This property is overpriced for the facilities and quality of stay.

Information . access Pouring rain Door shut? no one in, Tried phone no.given on door.....No help. Went to find shelter under a tree !) 10min later ....went to try door.. Amazing it was open....shelter inside to try the long ridiculous signing in. Try taking a selfie and holding an ID card! Knock on door...a guest with a door key which would not open the outside door. He was delighted to be let in He was a great help and helped me to complete the sign in and get door code for my room. Also found WiFi code... 52xMF9KyLYezYtkz Stupid! The room (Apartment) was good...but lacked the extras needed to keep it very clean Tea towel, dishcloth washing up liq. Useless TV ... could not get free view local news I do not have Amazon acc or i-player acc. Apart from the above person and a group of 3 french visitors I saw know one

Bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Bathroom sink a little dirty and water didn’t drain well.
