Fabulous and great value accommodation

I loved my stay here. Pearl is a wonderful and kind hostess who was very welcoming and accommodating. My bedroom was immaculately clean with thoughtful touches and extras. Great welcome pack. I liked that there was a communal space to relax in. This is the first time I'm leaving a review where the place/experience genuinely deserves a 10 star rating! I look forward to staying again!

Room was nicely set up and pristine clean. The host lady was very nice and gave us good recommendations for restaurants in town. Breakfast was prepared for all guests. Our stay was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great location

Property was in a good location and we were able to park our car in the back yard. We cooked dinner and breakfast in the kitchen with no problems.

All good except we had problems with the shower. Owner said she would fix it, so hopefully it’s fixed.

The accommodation was simply perfect!!! The room was beautiful, clean, had everything I needed, and the bed was comfortable. The location was excellent! The hostess was very kind and helpful, but it's a shame I only stayed for a short time. If I ever return to Inverness, I'll definitely stay at the same place!

Love this cute space just across the river

The location was great! A short lovely walk across the river to get to the old city center. The hostess was even better. Wonderful woman. Extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. She is also very with communications. We were provided with breakfast and snacks. We had access to a full kitchen and beautiful sitting room.

Grateful there was a vacancy in my time of need.

Location was closer to my departure point for a day trip than what I originally booked. Extremely clean, crisp bed linens, excellent wi-fi. Owner went out of her way to obtain a city map for me.

Had to clime stairs, self-catering. No residential help. Small room with no luggage rack. Note: I booked this due to a cancellation of a long-time reservation at Silverstrands without adequate explanation as to why I was cancelled.

Local owner; perfect location

Miss Pearl is the best hostess. She is local and has been running a guest house for a long time. She has thought of everything. It is a 4 minute walk from the major historical area of Inverness. There is plenty of food options nearby. Pearl also gives each room a designated refrigerator shelf to keep your drinks and leftovers.

Very cute property within easy walking distance of the downtown area. Very neat and tidy shared kitchen facilities. Some snacks provided and space in fridge. Pearl was super nice in recommendations of sightseeing places. Would recommend highly.

Scottish welcome in Inverness

Mrs. Perla was a guest like there are few, relaxed and calm. She gave us the opportunity to enter before the agreed time. The room was welcoming, clean, provided with a complete breakfast kit. Availability of a fully equipped kitchen and a small living room. Mrs. Perla spent time with us to give us information but also to discreetly ask what we were planning to do and he gave us advice on it. Direct contact with a local person definitely makes the difference. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Absolutely wonderful location and comfort with a delightful considerate host.

Location is superb, about a 5 minute walk to the city and a 5 minute walk the other way to Aldi should you need supplies. Pearl is a friendly, delightful host who had a welcome basket with fruit, tea, coffee, cereal, croissants and spreads as well as some biscuits and chocolate. She couldn’t do anymore to make our stay more comfortable.

A nice and convenient place for visiting Inverness. Close to the city center and the river. The neighbood was nice and quiet. Private parking was much appreciated. The owner was very friendly and helpful with recommendations of restaurants and places to visit around Loch Ness. The full breakfast was very nice.

Comfortable, central location

Easy walking distance to Inverness center. Lovely, comfortable room, huge tv and great breakfast selection. Pearl was very accommodating and helpful with tips of what to see in the area. Would stay again. Parking space, which seems to be at a premium in Inverness! (If fully booked, the guests need to move the cars around to let other guests out, but it worked fine).

The coffee in the room was instant cappuccino. I prefer regular black.

Lovely few days in a comfortable B&B

Very comfortable and hospitable. Super close to the city center without the hustle and bustle of city center traffic. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Rooms aren't huge, but more than comfortable. No elevator/lift, so if you have mobility issues be sure to request a room on the ground floor.
