EZ 15 minute walk from train station. Not located in the hubbub of downtown. Just across River Ness in nice residential neighborhood within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs & Inverness sites. Alan & Daryl we're SO nice, great commuicators & gave great advice on nice places to enjoy in Inverness. Very reasonably priced for location & amenities.
Might mention to guests after they book can communicate on WhatsAp. Found that after several accomodation stays the booking.com app gets pretty hard to locate commuication quickly.

Decent location.
Breakfast was mediocre. Room was not very nice. We were told bathroom was across the hall when it was a walk down the hall. Overall, not a place I would come back to again.
