Pleasant stay and conveniently located on the edge of town.

Very accommodating, they were able to be flexible with what I needed when I realised that my travel plans weren't going to work 100%. Nice little nook for some quiet time outside of the room. Good location - just down the road from the Cathedral. Very pleasant walk to / from the river and town. Good breakfast options.

Lovely accommodation. Very near the river and city centre but quiet street. Perfect for me.

Room was lovely, very clean and tidy. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room is always nice! Margaret in reception was very friendly and helpful.

The only tiny issue was that the shower head kept sliding down as the holder was a bit loose. Couldn't complain about anything else.

Lovely Guest House!

Amazing Guest House ! The Stuff was really lovely and kind, and willing to hep us in what we needed. The location was amazing and also the streets were quite. We stayed there for two nights and the beds were really comfy and the room was warm all day (visited late November). Also the price was so fair. 10/10 will visit again if I ever find my way to Inverness again !!

Just as expected clean , happy and warm.

Always liked this place as I work at Eden court round the corner. However the neighbouring room left their fan in bathroom on until 3 am and that ruined one night. The other nights were perfect.

Location was great, staff very friendly. Rooms are cosy

Bathroom wasn't very clean - few stains behind toilet and the mugs had some stuff stuck to the rim I needed to wash off before use. Pillows were very large and hard.

The location is very good. It's on the other side of the River Ness to the town centre but very easy and quick to get there. Second time staying in Ardross-Glencairn. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Comfy and Cozy stay near the ness

The guest house is spread over Three houses and the rooms are really comfortable, the bathrooms had hot water with good pressure! The location is perfect with a 2 minute walk to the ness and 5 mins to the city center and the bridge! The folks at the reception are the warmest and ready to help you with anything!

Spacious clean room

We got a free upgrade to a triple room, so more spaces for the 2 of us. The room itself is very clean, warm and spacious. The beds are comfortable enough for us. There are brochures/booklets about places around Inverness, if you have not planned any day trips. There is a bakery (The Bakery) within a very short distance that serves lovely pastries and cakes.

The location is slightly further out of the city centre, but it is convenient if you plan to take Rabbie's tours as the tour starting point is just a few meters away. Water pressure in the shower is slightly low for me.

Great spot, lovely people - what more could you want

Loved that we had a king size bed! Really great position, a couple minutes to the river and less than 10 mins walk into the town. Very accommodating with bags before/after check in/out. Good choice breakfast

Great location and easy to locate. Free overnight on street parking and car park close by if needed during the day. Very close the river and short walk into town.

The stay was alright, the location was good, close to the centre. Breakfast was poor and not many choices, sorry. Unfortunately, just before 7 am, a fire alarm went off, but it was false alarm.

We were in a room with a handicapped bathroom which made sink use difficult. The toilet did not initially flush when we were there, which the staff fixed but after we notified them twice. The breakfast was ghastly, avoid. It was a breakfast buffet out of an American motel remixed with Scottish ingredients. The coffee tasted like burnt chlorine.

The bathroom had nothing to hang clothes properly. The customers, who close their door very loudly, though it is indicated on the notice that they should be careful about that. Perhaps the pillow that was too large to my content.
