Good option in inverness

This is a nice accomodation with comfortable beds, clean space, and it’s a good distance from inverness city centre. We had a good night of sleep before exploring the highlands. Checkin and checkout were easy. Good for a quick stay

It was central and safe parking. Reception were very accommodating !

First night the cleaning maid tried to come in to clean at 8 o’clock and said she miss read the room number On the last night the smell of vomit was over powering in the hallways

Perfect

I loved it a lot! The receptionist are so sympathetic and kind. I could park my car in front of the building. They gave us good local tips and we had a great night out and a wonderful relaxing night full of comfort. I'm amazed!

Quiet stay, great if your taking a highland tour

I had a tour in Inverness so this stay was perfect location to our drop off/pick up area. The building was very quiet, rooms were clean, and staff was super kind.

As a solo female traveler who was unfamiliar with the area, I arrived at night and the area was so quiet I did feel a bit uncomfortable at first walking to the property alone at night. However, once the sun came up it seemed much safer.

Its my go to for accommodation in Inverness.

While the room was entirely satisfactory, there was one bonus feature. The Alban & Abbey setup involved upgrading some more traditional older properties. By chance, my room had a massive radiator, which made the room perfectly warm. I did not have to rush off immediately in the mornings, so was able to enjoy a relaxed cup of coffee or two with my back being warmed by the radiator. Set me up nicely for the day.

Superb value that exceeded all expectations

I expected a tiny single room for the price, but the room was so much bigger and was perfect even having a desk. Very comfortable bed and the temperature was perfect. The en suite shower room was spacious and so warm. The entrance, exterior and car park were all immaculate and I felt so relaxed. Very nice staff on Reception too, and the cleaner is clearly excellent at their job. Ideally located for Eden Court Theatre too!

I would love a later check out time.

Everything we needed for a pleasant stay

A good stay. The twin room was just the right size for two, the location is within walking distance of Inverness centre, and there’s handy courtyard parking. Wi-Fi worked well, we got clear instructions for collecting the keys, and everything went smoothly.

The room was nice and clean; it's in a quiet area maybe 8 minutes walk from the center

The shower was odd - I had to keep the power button pressed to get water, and the spray handle mount had lost its hold, so it was a frustrating balancing act. I could hear every footstep in neighboring rooms

Perfect for a solo traveller

Easy to get to the location from the bus station, the room was clean and I had everything I needed for my stay. The host was kind enough to book a taxi for me, as I had my flight very early on the next morning.

The sink in the bathroom is very tiny - almost bumped my head into the top shelf while washing my face several times.

location and parking. it was clean. value for money was okay but could have been so much better

no fan, room layout poor: 1. tv was behind the bed, 2. twin beds not double, 3. kettle didn't reach plug unless you put it on the floor by the bed, 4. no space in bathroom to put toiletries, 5. ventilation was poor and no fan or equivalent ( it was a heatwave) 6. pillows really uncomfortable and one bed was on s slope.

Easy walk into the City with parking on site. The Bedroom and bathroom was clean, warm and comfortable and the room well equipped. Great for an overnight stay, there is a bakery nearby for breakfast too.
