Decent sized room.
The floor upstairs was bit creeky that we could hear from our room downstairs.

Ease at checki-n, parking on premises, location close to MM any restaurants and stores.
Room was too hot. Didn't get much sleep even with a stand up fan. Needs like a ceiling fan in the room. It was cool outside, but even with the windows open ,air circulation was minimal unless u open the curtains and there were rooms right across so not possible to do that and maintain privacy.

The location was great
The accomodation was not cheap but lacked the same facilities and quality that a hotel would. These guest houses shower head leaked water and as a result had limited pressure, the bathroom light was non functioning and the tea / coffee making facilities rudimentary.
