Everything. The host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Just like the pictures online.

Great hosts, lovely house, and very nice fresh breakfast. Fraser was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area and sights. His advice helped us use our time in Inverness to prioritise what we wanted to do/see, and his suggestions were excellent. Milly and Marley (the golden retrievers) were a delightful icing on the cake. :)
The mattress in our room was a little firm for me, but that's a very personal thing and probably wouldn't be an issue for others.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay!
Our stay at this guest house was absolutely wonderful! The host, Mr. Fraser, was exceptionally kind and took great care of us throughout our visit. The house and room were beautifully maintained, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious — easily one of the best we’ve had during our travels. The location couldn’t have been more ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions. Free parking was an added bonus that made our stay even more convenient.
Highly recommend this place — we would love to come back!
