Very clean. Everything u could need was in the room very comfy beds excellent breakfast. Staff couldn’t do enough for u. Would definitely return. Nice warm and friendly welcome .

Excellent location to see the sights of Inverness. Host had plenty of useful information about the area, dining, bars, etc.

Breakfast was quite tasty and the bed quite comfy.
I understand the need to maximize the use of space, but the old mattress behind the living couch was disconcerting. My lights last their charge, so I was forced to use the shower or overhead light after 10p. The remote was so old and grungy, I had to guess how to operate it.
