Amazing comfy bed and good large TV
A cooked breakfast for an additional charge is advertised but apparently this is currently not being offered, There was a separate shared toilet and WHB and an additional separate shared showerroom on the floor above

Nice small B&B at inverness, walking distance to the city centre. The man host was kind and friendly. It's in good location. Room has all essentials things you need for your stay.

Good location.
No hot water in the evening - was ok in the morning. Would have been better if breakfast was included within the price. Room could be more attractive and towels were flimsy. Lukewarm welcome.
