Great spot for a weekend trip! Highly recommend!!

I got the chance to stay here for a weekend with a friend and the room was perfect! Clean and comfortable, plus a good TV for winding down. The location was also great, only a short walk to downtown! Highly recommend!!

The only thing I wish I would’ve known ahead of time was the lack of an elevator. We were on the top floor and it was a little tricky getting our bags up the stairs, but it was only two flights and the room was definitely worth it!

Stunk of weed

Centrally located to everything in Inverness. Good amenities in the room.

I didn’t see a single member of staff the whole week I stayed there. The smell of weed was evident throughout the property.

Otherwise, we had a good stay and would still book this accommodation when we get back to Inverness.

We love it because it was near the city centre, the room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was really clean too. It was a good value for money.

It would be better if the room has a mini fridge as it would be more convenient for people who are staying more than 1 night. Also the one thing we didn’t like was the walls were pretty thin as we can hear other’s voices and steps.

You're better off staying in a hostel.

It was nice to be able to do laundry for free.

The room was described as being on the first floor, but it was actually up two sets of stairs. For accessibility reasons, that description needs to be updated. The room was hot and the window wouldn't stay open. They said there was street parking available, but the street parking was by permit only. The walls were super thin. I could hear every single thing the people next door said and did.

Good stay, nice staff

Comfortable bed, kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and clean up. Very large common room on main floor to eat or visit with other travellers.

I couldn’t get any heat in the room the first night.

It was a pleasant stay!

Good facilities:- fully equipped guesthouse for cooking and washing.

Online check-in was very confusing. We couldn't get through with it but thankfully, contacting the property helped.

Locked out at 11pm

Location is central, bed was comfy.

No staff on site, another guest latched the front door at night time leaving ourselves and another couple of guests locked out at 11pm. Called the company (mySTAYINN) to be hung up on 3 times which was incredibly frustrating when you are standing outside in the middle of the night. We only got in as the other locked out guests shouted up to someone in the building and luckily managed to get them to come and open the door. Then the company messaged me to say it was “an error on their phone and they had answered promptly…” The walls are very thin. Noise is an issue. On street parking does not exist although it is stated in the ad. All on street parking around this location is permit holders only. The check in process is a total pain.

Stuffy room, no cold water, and loud guests

It was clean It’s close to shops and town centre Quiet-ish area Access to shared kitchen

No cold water in bathroom, even the cistern on toilet was hot to touch so pretty sure that even was using hot water.. shower was roasting! Didn’t stay cool either. The sink was always hot as well. Room was so stuffy, no air con or fan. There was a little heater we tried using the cooling function in but it didn’t do anything. We actually had to go buy a fan to use so we could continue our stay. Cost us £20. We asked the owners if they had anything and all we got back was a “no we don’t” so we weren’t impressed at all. Key locks need replacing, the keys were a struggle to get in and out the locks. The handles were also a pain as you need to spin the knob while trying to turn the key in the sticky lock.. Bedding was inside out.. and not well made. Outside bushes need pinned back or cut as blocks path which isn’t great when it’s raining.. Coffee and hot chocolate isn’t very nice, it’s awesome it’s fair trade but it tastes rank. Toilet roll holder is a pain to use as loo roll didn’t even fit and the metal holder fell apart at one point.. Noisey guests at night in kitchen/dining/living rooms. Mostly on last two nights, seemed to be a large family. Arguing right outside our door, slamming cabinets, and being just loud at 23:30!!! Ridiculous. Guide book mentioned a designated smoking area, but there wasn’t any information on where that was? No general waste bin in kitchen and no food bin.

Tired!

It was well decorated, good facilities and super clean.

My room, no9, is right next to the kitchen. There is no sound proofing between the door to the room and the kitchen, and there is no signs or anything stoping people using the kitchen late. I was kept awake until almost midnight with 2 different parties cooking, chatting and clattering around the kitchen between 10pm-12am.

Good location

I didn’t like that they state you can park outside the property but it was all permit holder parking around the property and surrounding streets. so we had to park quite far away from the property, which wasted a lot of our time. The host told us to just park in the permit holders spot. (Which would have led to a fine.) the WiFi doesn’t work, and when I had a concern I was spoken to very rudely by the host I will definitely not be staying here again.

Nice place close to town

Nice clean, newly renovated place. Facilities were good and location was very good. Staff online chat were responsive, kitchen facilities were good and everything was new.

As it was newly renovated there was an issue with a leak on our second night, but this was minor and the help line responded quickly and offered some compensation. Overall it didn't affect our stay too much and this would be sorted by now.

Gemütliches Apart-Hotel in bester Lage.

Super Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter, frisch renoviert, gemütlicher Ess-und Aufenthaltsraum, alles da, was man braucht: voll ausgestattete Küche, gratis Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Dass man beide Hände braucht, um die Türen zu öffnen (Klinke und Schlüssel) ist ziemlich unpraktisch, besonders wenn das Bad übern Flur ist.

Presque parfait

L’établissement est presque parfait. Les instructions pour le check in sont claires (je ne comprends pas les mauvais commentaires à ce sujet ou alors ça a été rectifié entre temps). Accès au lave linge et sèche linge très pratique ! La cuisine était propre. Je suis restée 4 nuits mais j’aurais aimé rester plus longtemps ! La localisation est bien seulement 10minutes à pied de la gare et un peu moins du centre ville ça se fait très facilement. Je n’avais pas de véhicule donc je ne sais pas pour le stationnement.

Deux trois bémols : le linge dans des sacs en bas à l’entrée, il manque une petite étagère dans la salle de bain et j’ai eu les instructions du check in assez tard (le matin même j’aurais aimé les avoir la veille pour être tranquille) + ma dernière soirée la chambre d’à côté avait réussi à bloquer la salle de bain avec le verrou du haut mais j’ai réussi à le débloquer sans problème

Zimmer direkt an der Küche. Ständig hat jemand Essen gemacht, auch sehr spät abends, teilweise nachts, und früh morgens. Zimmer super klein. Wasser schwankend zwischen kalt und brühend heiß, Verbrennungsgefahr. Kein Ansprechpartner. Flur voller dreckiger Wäsche. Fenster ließ sich nicht schließen. Einer von zwei Schlüsseln gar nicht nutzbar, anderer Schlüssel nur nach langem Bemühen zum Türöffnen nutzbar.

Fantastico y preciosa habitación.

La habitación era preciosa, grande y muy confortable. Estaba como nueva y decorada con mucho gusto. Tienes televisión y tienen el detalle de dejarte un calienta agua, cafe, chocolate, te, azucar y leche. Además en el baño tienes expendedores de gel, champú y acondicionador de buena calidad, toallas suficientes y a estrenar y expendedor de jabón de manos. Nos encantó. La ubicación es perfecta. Muy cerca del centro.
