I enjoyed my stay in the hostel and I will be staying there again soon.

Location was excellent, utensils to cook my food was very good except the blender was not working. The property is well secured and well looked after. The heating was very good.

I think the management need staff to visit the property at least once every day as some residents do not tidy after using stuff in the kitchen, sometimes using the toilet without flushing properly or cleaning the stains they messed up and also one of the night that I was not working, I could smell weed, I was worried if a resident was smoking it in their room.

Utter chaos and complete lack of help.

It would have helped a lot of we had been able to get into the property. We stood in the pouring rain begging the owner to come to open the door as the numbers for the keypad we were given would not open the door..He kept our. money though.Avoid at all costs. We are going to battle to get our money back as we were asked to pay first.

Fawlty towers

Location good. Had bad ph and wifi reception and unable to receive updates from host.

Turned up and unable to access due to above. No staff on hand. Pleased we weren't any older as would not have been able to drag suitcase to 3rd floor. This could have been advised when booking

The guest house is definitely too expensive for what it offers. During the booking, it wasn’t quite clear to us that the kitchen AND bathroom/toilet would be shared and the pictures of the room looked way different. Also, when we arrived, the code for the keys didn’t work and no one was there to help so we had to call someone and no one apologized for the inconveniences. In general, no staff is there to help if you have a problem. In our room, it smelled extremely like smoke and some things didn’t work properly like the light in the bathroom.

Just passable...

Equipment: washing machine and dryer available, kettle in the room, fridge, etc

1 shared tiny bathroom (toilet & shower) for 6 (double) rooms - continuously occupied and not all that clean. The room i stayed in was tiny and had a cupboard with all the electronics (modem, wifi etc). The cabinet was right next to the bed (not great to sleep next to) and the cupboard was very warm, warming up the tiny room to uncomfortable temperature. Windows do not open fully. Bed very soft and very concave (dip in the middle) No bedside lamp, no proper blinds that block the light.

Besser als erwartet

Die vorhandene Küche, saubere Bettwäsche, ich hatte etwas Sorge vor Bettwanzen (da es einen Beitrag kurz vorher gab, mit einer Beschwerde darüber), habe zum Glück keine gefunden und hoffe es waren wirklich keine da :D der Mitarbeiter am Telefon (hatte den Kommentar erst nach der Buchung gelesen...) hat mir versichert, dass Kammerjäger da waren und nichts gefunden haben ... hoffentlich hat er Recht und wir haben keine mitgebracht.

Die Sorge vor Bettwanzen (siehe Kommentar oben), Teppich könnte mal ordentlich gereinigt werden, nur ein Duschvorleger für alle, Teppich im Hausflur etwas muffig, Gemeinschaftsbäder (hatten wir übersehen in der Buchung)
