UHI Inverness - Campus Accommodation

The room was clean and matched the description

It was absolutely roasting hot, and there was no way to turn down the temperature and the staff lent said that’s the way the buildings were designed. The room was 28.5 degrees celcius.

I had a self contained studio for a week and I found it amazing. Very spacious, fully equipped kitchenette, desk for work or study, comfy bed and a really clean bathroom. Bed linen and towel provided, don’t forget to bring your toiletries or buy them in Tesco nearby. Staff were very nice and helpful. Retail stores and dining opportunities are within walking distance, however, getting into the city centre by public transport is something you need to prepare for. If you use the bus stop at the retail park, you can get to the centre quicker. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Good value and on a bus route into Inverness

It is typical student accommodation but that’s what it was expecting . No restaurants near. 1/4 mile walk

Clean rooms

Very basic...didnt even have a waste bin in the room but there was an electric fan provided whixh was welcome as it can be warm and humid in a Highlands summer! Wifi was available bu once outside the accomodation there seemed to be no Mobile data/4G/5G anywhere on the campus. I found that the Inverness retail park is a few minutes walk away with a Tesco and a Burger King which was a godsend as I struggled to find somewhere to eat. Overall,the accomodation didnt reflect the price...£40-£60 a night would have been acceptable.
