2 night stay

The room had everything needed for a comfortable 2 night stay.Ideal having the coffee machine with cups and other items included.Nice big TV with firestick which was perfect.Plenty of storage in wardrobe and drawers.Stunning bathroom it was a great design and amazing use of the space.Good location.Within walking distance for train and bus station.Would highly recommend to family and friends.

The only thing that wasn't ideal was the rollerblind.Unfortunately it didn't have a blackout effect.Still a lot of light getting into the room.

Very enjoyable. I slept well.

The room was very pretty. It was very clean and quite spacious. The bathroom facilities were excellent. The bed was very comfortable. Streaming services were available on the tv…which I used.

Very disappointing and let's Inverness down

Pleasant, clean en suite room. Useful information provided in advance by email.

At nearly £200 a night I was very disappointed. There was no welcome, no kitchen (not even a microwave), no milk, no coffee pods, inadequate hot water, no breakfast and miserly toiletries.

Great find in Inverness!

Shore Street was a 5 minute walk along the water into the city. It was the perfect location for us. The hosts were unbelievably accommodating, getting our room ready for us to check-in early on short notice. They were also available via WhatsApp to answer any questions or provide tips on navigating the city. We would happily stay here again!

The picture of the room are misleading this room would suit a single person

The property was close to the town parking was just across the road at an extra charge it was very clean

The room was small the double bed was up against the wall which for an older couple made things difficult also the flush on the toilet kept getting stuck I had to get out of bed in the night to sort it out we tried to contact the owners by phone but there number was unavailable we never saw anyone to speak to while we were there .

Newly refurbished with comfortable bed but rather hot, requiring wide open windows

Convenient for the city centre, generous amount of space around the bed for luggage, all the unit was on the ground floor, and it was a good base for exploring Inverness. Warm and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable.

Needs folding luggage racks, to get suitcases off the floor, lack of parking (as usual for cities), became rather hot and we had to have the window wide open all night, which led to traffic noise, no extractor fan in the bathroom. No cooking appliances, so more like a hotel room than an apartment (coffee maker and kettle only, with tiny fridge)

Nice property, it looks like a brand new renovation. The room was nice and comfy, clean and tidy.

Although it's a moment from the heart of Inverness (well, more than a city Inverness is a "big town" really), the location is convenient but not pretty.

Room was spotless. We had bycicles and we could store them in the hall. Seb was so lovely and acomodating, making my husband’s birthday really special. Comfy bed.

I had a lovely stay at Shore Street Apartments. The information the host Maggie provided before my arrival was helpful, detailed and easy to follow. She was on hand when I messaged about the WiFi and quick to reply. The room was spotless and the property was in a fantastic location.

The property is located not too far from the city centre, and the owners made it extremely easy to access. They were very helpful and provided us with milk, teas, coffee, and breakfast in our room which was nice. The room was lovely and clean and bed was very comfortable- would stay again.

We only had one night here, but the facilities were clean and well presented. The location was great, exactly as described. The stand out was the support from the staff. Fantastic customer service.

Not much, but the shower was nice.

The lack of security- I didn't feel safe with having the front door unlocked so I barely slept. The sewer smell that came from the bathroom; The bed was extremely uncomfortable, with the lumpy and tilted hard mattress. Never had any service- no refill of coffee or towels,etc . The garden view was 2 potted plants in front of the window, one of which was dead.

Lovely location and facilities.

The accommodation was lovely, with perfect access to and from the city. We were able to explore much of the city and return easily, enabling it to be a good hub for us. The facilities were great and instructions were clear for easy access.

Could be a little but noisy at night, there was a bridge running overhead and traffic seemed to go by quite fast which woke us up occasionally.

We loved it since the moment we entered the room! It's located very close to everything and is super cute and cosy! And so clean! We stayed here for 2 nights, it's not a big room, but for a couple it was absolutely fine and I would love to come back again!

The room was really nice, clean and cozy. The position is close to the bus station, so it's really helpful! Was easy to find the room and all the instructions for finding it were perfect. I really enjoyed the place!! Lovely!

Nice interior, problematic communications with owner, parking is not part of the facilities

The place was very nice and well-decorated. It is visible that it was recently refurbished. The owner seems to have a passion for running their business.

The heating in the room was turned off during the day and the room turned very cold. It took the owner around 2 hours from my call to turn the heating back on. Contrary to the advertisement at booking.com, the facilities do not have a parking. However, there is a parking close to the apartment which is quite cheap (4 GBP per day), or you can park on the street at night (until 8 am). The communication with the owner was problematic. They were discourteous and made me feel uncomfortable. I understand that one can be passionate about their business, but part of running a business is being polite. This was missing.

Fantastic find!

Great location, super handy for the city centre. The decor is amazing and lots of fantastic facilities. So many lovely and thoughtful touches as well. I wished I was staying longer!
