Welcome to Cedar Villa Guest House, your comfortable and convenient base in the heart of Inverness. We offer nine individually bookable rooms, perfect for solo travellers, couples, or small groups.

Room 3 - Single - Private (outside the room, secured with a lock and personal key) - 1st Floor
Room 4 - Double - Shared bathroom - 2nd Floor
Room 5 - Single + Double - Private ensuite - 2nd Floor
Room 6 - Double - Shared bathroom - 2nd Floor
Room 7 - Single + Double - Shared bathroom - Ground Floor
Room 8 - Double - Shared bathroom - Ground Floor
Room 9 - Double - Private ensuite - Ground Floor
All rooms feature smart TVs with access to all usual apps. Guests enjoy the privacy of their own room while sharing access to a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and a cosy lounge area with a sofa—ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the Highlands.
Please note: The shared areas are to be kept tidy, and it is each guest’s responsibility to clean up after themselves.
Upper floors are accessed by stairs only. Self-check-in is simple and secure, with a key safe outside each room.
