The room was very quaint and comfortable, perfect for our stay. Gail was an amazing host, lots of helpful recommendations and tips, made us feel very welcome. The location was perfect for walking and exploring Inverness. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about the Dionard House. The owner Gail is a delight! Great, spacious parking, extremely clean, fresh and delicious made to order breakfast, extra attention to service...Gail was Amazing! Location is perfect as well.

Dionard Guest House was in a quiet residential area surrounded by other B&Bs and private homes. Each room had its own unique decor. Our room was large, yet cozy, and very clean. The walk to town was lovely and only about 10 minutes. I hope I have the opportunity to return to Inverness and stay here again.

I am so happy I chose to stay at Dionard Guest House. The room was very comfortable, and it had a mini fridge. Even though Scotland was experiencing a heatwave, the room temperature was quite tolerable with the window open and the fan. My 4 night stay was delightful, and I’m already thinking about another visit next spring.
I didn’t try the breakfast, but it smelled good when I came down the stairs each morning.
It is a bit of a walk to town, and uphill on the way back. But totally worth it. The owner is a delight, and couldn’t be more caring and helpful.
