It was great!

The employees were really friendly and helpful. I came to run a marathon and they really helped me tobget orientated and helped me to organize my leave after the run next day. Super friendly!

Beautiful, large room, everything was clean, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Coffee/tea/snacks provided in the room were perfect for what we needed. The car park was very nice, a luxury in Inverness. Beautiful views from the windows. A little more of a walk to restaurants, but that also made for a quieter stay. Really a lovely place we highly recommend.

I honestly don't think much could be improved in this BnB, very well thought out, clean and comfortable. We could have used an earlier check-in time, but it was standard at all the other accomodations throughout our trip as well.

Location was fabulous! And the room clean and cute!! Lots of little touches such as sweets, lovely tea cups and the car park so close and convenient. The hosts were so welcoming and lovely, it was such a treat to stay!!

Fantastic spot in a beautiful place

Gail and the staff are lovely. Breakfast really nice, in a quiet neighbourhood and a short walk downhill to the City Centre. Gave great recommendations for pubs and restaurants too.

Immaculately presented property

Immaculately presented, very large, comfortable, spotless room, with extra seating area, fridge, and ensuite bathroom. Host very helpful with local tips for eating out and walks. Guest house easily walkable to town and river. Plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Accommodation exactly like photos.

Red and black furnishings not really our style, but we knew in advance what it would be like.

Warm and friendly place

Location was close to restaurants, shopping, and a nice walk along the river. Room was spacious and had a fan! Host was on site and very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to any of my friends to stay here.

Our hostess Gail welcomed us enthusiastically. She was full of helpful information about where to eat great food and listen to Scottish music and places to go on our next stop.

Impeccably managed property in a prime location

The property and staff were wonderful! This is one of the nicest properties in which we’ve ever stayed! Its prime location, comfortable/tastefully furnished rooms, delicious/ample breakfast, and kind/friendly/organized staff are outstanding. The owner’s informational binder is the most thorough that I’ve ever seen. I’d highly recommend staying here…for more than one night.

The dining room was quite crowded when four tables are filled. I can’t imagine what it would be like if guests from all seven rooms dined at the same time…

Felt like a cozy granny home in the heart of the Highlands

This place was incredibly homely and cozy — truly felt like home. The room had such authentic Highland vibes that even without knowing where I was, I would’ve guessed I was deep in Scotland. Breakfast was amazingly delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring Inverness and beyond. Having a parking spot was a big plus. The two ladies running the property were absolutely exceptional. A wonderful stay overall!

The staff were welcoming and gave us ideas on things we could do locally. The accommodation was very clean and well set out; the bed was very comfortable. The biscuits and chocolates in the room were a lovely touch, and the breakfast was delicious.

Fabulous guest house

Beautiful and very clean guest house in a great location. The hosts were really helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved all the little extras in the room - the sweets jar, the astronaut projector (for night light), fresh milk in the fridge and lots of information on the local area as well as Scotland. Highly recommended.

Dionard Guest House was what we needed.

Our stay was fantastic ! Gale and Eileen were unbelievable host to make our stay great. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. Downtown was within walking distance. They scheduled for us dinner appointments and bike reservations. Very nice stay.

We are happy we didn’t stay at Dionard first. It is the bar we will measure all other accommodations. Right from our first meeting of Gail and Eileen were greeted with a friendly upbeat service. Gail provided some good day excursions. The breakfast was outstanding with both continental and hot breakfast options We hope some day to return

Great homely stay in Inverness with the best breaky!

Gail was a wonderful hostess and very helpful and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was lovely and clean and had all the facilities. A great stay for the price. The breakfast was especially amazing. Anything at all you wanted to eat and they had thought of everything. Gail also has the cutest little dog if you fancy a wonderful cuddle like we did. Would definitely stay here again if the wifi was better.

off the main drag, but not too far off. staff was very pleasant and accommodating. bed comfortable and water was hot also good breakfast!
