Location was really convenient for the centre of Inverness (particularly coach and train station for travel). Room was comfortable and self check-in process was really easy. This was a last minute booking made on the day following travel disruption earlier in my day, and no hassle at all.
The room was very hot when I first arrived (easily rectified by turning the radiator off and opening the window) and the noise from inside the hotel was quite noticeable initially - there was a group using several rooms that was going back and forth banging doors and leaving them open whilst talking loudly. Nothing that headphones and being very tired didn't solve, but it would have been an issue if I was less tired.

We stayed in studio with sofa bed. A prefabricated structure separate from the main building. I can recommend especially this studio, which is quiet, comfortable, good heating and meets expectations. Easy to park on street or near the building.
