Charming, clean, comfortable!
Nothing! Self check in so didn’t see the staff aside from the first day when we couldn’t get in as I couldn’t find the email with instructions. He was frustrated with that (understandable) and it showed. Grateful he was there to let us in felt scolded which was not really necessary, not a very warm welcome after a long and stressful drive

Very comfortable bed. Spotless. Had everything we needed in room. Spacious for a few nights stay. Self check which we liked but met the friendly host downstairs when arrived who was lovely and made us feel welcome. Right by the river and only 15 mins walk max to centre of town and castle!
Not very soundproof could hear people downstairs and in corridor, but then that didn't really bother us, just an observation
