No staff are available. Key was kept in a lock box and I was sent the code ahead of time. No one was on the premises to greet guests.
Very impersonal. Also, my bathroom was not en-suite. Had to go down steps to get to it. Not ideal, especially at 3:00 am. On top of that, a bright light cones on and that was most unwelcome.

Excellent central location. Clean room. There was a problem with the key box but when I called someone came immediately and solved the issue with an upgrade.
Bit expensive.

Quiet and clean
I had an outside bathroom,so i had to wake up and go out of my room to access it!
