All good facilities in the room, perfect for staying over.

Television and kettle in a room was good to have when staying anywhere.
7.0 / 10.0
Rooms was very comfortable and the villa is very close to the city centre.
The rooms all open directly onto the staircase, so it was quite noisy with people coming in late and going up and down the stairs.

It was conveniently located for our trip. The room was just what we needed; comfortable, clean, and a pillow lay out heads. Would look at staying here again.
We did not see any staff but message communication was sufficient.

Quiet and clean
I had an outside bathroom,so i had to wake up and go out of my room to access it!

This property is only 1 street back from the riverside and within very easy walking of all the restaurants in the centre, as well as my meeting location.

Great location with easy walk to town. Lovely top floor room with private bathroom. Big room - nice bathroom. Good heating, and comfortable beds
Not great street parking near by - luckily it was Saturday night to Sunday so we could park in resident parking after 6.

Very clean and comfortable in a good location close to the city centre. The room had its own dedicated bath and shower room down on a half landing which worked out very well for my needs.

Enjoyed our first stay in Inverness, the location was perfect and the host was welcoming, restaurants in abundance and even a laundromat across the road if needed, was great 🤗
Can’t fault

Great location, very no nonsense, simple. Good amount of plugs. I was here for just 1 night and it really did the job.
The walls are quite thin so you can hear conversations from your neighbours. The usb ports in the wall didn’t work for me.

The room was super cozy. And everything was very clean. The location is unbeatable!
I would have liked a dedicated secured baggage storage room or something similar.

Should not advertise parking when it’s on a public street. Room was basic and noisy. Could hear all the neighbours. TV did not work. Had a software issue.

Near the center.. very clean.. price. Good for a single room one night's stay.
3 keys for different locks. Wrote numbers on a card to identify them. Own bathroom on a lower floor short distance.

Clean and close to city. Small touch of providing cookies, town map and information magazines for sites to visit.
Small shower.
Single beds for a couple.

The gentleman who met me on my arrival was most helpful and called a taxi for my early morning departure for the airport. The guesthouse is well located a few minutes walk from the city center, across the river. The room was small, but cosy, quiet and clean.
The external bathroom had a dodgy lock that made it hard to open, but the owner was helpful and taught me how to open it with a little trick. However, I would strongly suggest investing in a new lock such that future guests don't have the problem I had with the lock. On the positive side, the external bathroom was exclusively for my own use. The lock was not a great problem, rather a minor inconvenience.

We were seemingly given one price and then had to pay more. Second most expensive room on our whole trip. Parking was on the street ( not available until 5 PM and car had to be moved by 8:00 AM. WiFi was very weak and one of us couldn’t get on at all. The “private” bath was across the way and not in the room. No washcloths and one hand towel for the 2 of us. Staff was available and helpful. Appreciated the coffee!

Location and restricted free roadside parking, subject to local roadside parking regulations.
There was no earlier communication from the property owner on how to access the room. It was necessary to seek help from a staff member from a social club across the road on how to retrieve keys to the premises, but without success. Finally, an existing tenant in the same building helped to call the property owner on how the keys could be accessed, otherwise we would be left in the cold for the night. Not worth paying that kind of price for that kind of accommodation.

Nice place. Not far from the centre. The room was spacious and clean. They even allowed us to keep our bags since we arrived early.
7.0 / 10.0
The property was immaculately clean, the people were lovely and the location was very central and convenient.
The bathroom was separate to the room which meant I had an uncomfortable moment because I had to carry my toiletries and change of clothes to the bathroom and the lock was tricky so I struggled while people walked past me on the stairs.

Good location to access bus and train stations and the river and city. Good size room for solo occupancy. Comfortable double bed. Clean.
Dingy house, needing some attention and updating, particularly given the relatively high room rates and lack of any breakfast facilities. Not worth the money. Not a place to enjoy staying in.
8.0 / 10.0
the room was clean and comfortable and in a good location.
I thought the owner would have been on the premises as we told him what time we were arriving. we had to go to the house next door to get the key. There were two beds in the room as requested, but only one duvet so the owner had to bring an
other one round. I would have thought he would have checked that before we arrived?

Location excellent.
Room slightly on the small side.

The room was spacious and clean.
Check-in could've been easier and free parking is only available from 5pm until 10am
9.0 / 10.0
Owner very friendly and welcoming. Suggested where we could park. Room clean and spacious enough for two. Not much environmental noise at night or early in the morning.
Shower door had come off the rail, water didn't drain very quickly in the shower almost overflowing onto the floor and toilet seat loose (we left a note for the owner as they may not know of these issues). Bathroom door on the bedroom side could do with sanding down and repainted. Pillows could be better and more plump and support.

Overpriced for what you got and bad smell in communal stairway

It is very very basic

The proximity is excellent! Very walkable - walked luggage from the train station to the hotel easily. Easy to get to shops and restaurants and very close to the river.
Loud - easy to hear other guests. Had some loud boomers next door who were like a herd of elephants early in the AM getting ready to see the sights.

Beautiful place and location, 1 block from wobbly bridge. Made the most of the space. Very comfortable bedding.
