The Roseneath was much more lovely than I expected! Our room was very comfortable, the staff were pleasant and helpful, our breakfast choices were delicious, and the location was unbeatable - right down the street from the walking bridge across the River Ness.

Close to town centre and Bught Park. Had car parking. Clean but basic.
Found the gentleman in charge rather abrupt and dismissive. Paid extra for breakfast said what we wanted, which was less than was offered, and he appeared very surprised by this, but there was no point in him giving us food that we were not going to eat! He also served up our scrambled eggs before we had finished our cereal therefore the eggs were cold, he just pushed them onto the table. Coffee was lukewarm.On the Saturday night there were very noisy guests in one of the other rooms so it was around 1 before I could get to sleep.
