The room was a great size with beautiful views of the River Ness.
The bathroom door had been planed as it had obviously stuck previously. The work was poor and the result shoddy, which jarred with the overall look of the room.
Breakfast was buffet style and good, but I found a hair in mine.

Lovely welcome with upgrade as it was our anniversary. Breakfast excellent. Very relaxed and enjoyable stay. Great location next to the river and close to the town centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and very spacious with sofa.
On street car parking so in the morning we had to get up to move the car. Car park available but disappointed that they charge £12, even if you are staying at the hotel.

Breakfast remote from rooms, no umbrellas in straun but a sign saying help yourself to umbrellas but would have to go out in rain to reception to get one,.£12 parking charge for residents. Bed not made up and coffees not replaced.receptionist not friendly.
