Good sized bedroom, great shower and lovely location on the river front, short walk into town
Only issue was breakfast. Choice of food and quality was very nice. However, only two coffee machines were not enough for amount of people. One was often out of commission as regularly needing topped up resulting in 20 minute queues. Also, due to the buffet being in a different room from where we ate, we "lost" our table between having cereals and hot food, despite leaving items on our table. We witnessed this happening to others too. Need a system to avoid this happening. It all felt a bit hectic and rushed

Location was perfect for accessing the city of Inverness. Great food. Staff were wonderful especially Rachel on reception.
The room was quite warm as there is no aircon. Can open the windows hoewver then need to put up with the street noise.

The staff, reception and bar were exceptional. Staff were attentive and well presented. The receptions be bar were clean and inviting.
Our room was on the top floor in a separate building. No lift facility. Room was tired looking, dusty and needs a freshen up.
