Everything was perfect!

The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms had everything we needed, including exceptionally comfortable beds. The lobby was very nice - cozy space with a pool table and a bar. There is also a storage cupboard which you can use if you arrive early or want to stay in the town after check out. The hotel is conveniently situated right in the centre of Inverness so everything is very close. I did not expect such quality for the low price. I can only recommend!

Would recommend

The location was excellent, was able to add breakfast on when we arrived (great deal), all the staff we encountered were so lovely! It was a lovely room, perfect for what we needed and so reasonable too! Would highly recommend and would go back anytime I need to stay in Inverness. Overall was clean and tidy, perfect for a weekend away!

Only thing I can fault on was the towels we recieved the second day had hairs on them (not our own) but that was an easy fix!

The room was bigger than expected, and extremely comfortable with stylish furniture. The bathroom had a huge shower head, lovely warm water and was spotlessly clean. Breakfast lovely and great staff.

The hotel was better than I hoped, and an bargain at the price I paid. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, with two comfy chairs and a lovely bed. Great walk in shower too. The location was perfect for me as I have mobility issues...it was only a short walk from Inverness station, or a very short taxi ride when carrying extra luggage. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of things to eat.

I had no complaints at all - it was a superb hotel and I'd stay here again the next time I return.

Perfect location and spacious room

The location was excellent—just a three-minute walk from the train and bus stations and close to the main sights in Inverness. It’s worth mentioning that the hotel is located on one of the main roads, which could mean some traffic noise at night. However, we were lucky to have a room on the other side, so it was very quiet. There is a communal space downstairs with sofas and a pool table that guests can use for free. The room was spacious and well equipped, ideal even during warmer days, with towels and all the necessary bathroom amenities provided.

Everything was perfect; however, it would have been helpful to mention somewhere that the fitness room is not available. We only found out upon arrival. Also, if you are staying for just two nights, do not expect daily room cleaning.

Great value for money

Our room was on 5th floor that had recently been renovated. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The lifts worked well and quick to service all floors. Parking at Rose St Old Town was only couple of mins short walk. Several food options and supermarket were nearby. Staff friendly and also operated the bar. Great value for money.

Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful! Room was spacious clean and very comfy! Seems like they just renovated the hotel so everything was new! Location prime literally one block from bus station and a couple to railway station and city shopping street! Loved the tea kettle in the room as the complimentary tea/coffee! Highly recommended!

Our stay was perfect, as always, this is where we like to stay when visiting Inverness!

Location is perfect, central to main shopping and nightlife areas but quiet once inside! Room was newly refurnished, nice new en-suite shower room too! Ideal, very reasonable and a pleasant experience for a visit to the heart of the Highlands! Breakfast was buffet style and excellent!

The property is very central and accessible. It is also very clean.

The property is advertised in multiple places as having a gym. This was the deciding factor in my choosing it. The property has ongoing renovations of substantial length and size which mean the gym has been closed for some time.

Location is great, close to the train station and city center. Check-in was easy and we booked breakfast upon arrival. Bed is comfy. Breakfast was good.

Small bedroom, not a lot of space to put your luggage. Bathroom very small and there was what looked like black mold in the shower. Old damages were just blocked with plexi glass or something. No ventilation or window in the bathroom. You had to be careful not to flood the bathroom when showering. The TV didn't work, we had to reconnect some cables and run the search for programmes before we could use it. Employees seem a bit desinterested.

Short stay but super!

Loved the modern interior design of the hotel/ rooms. Beds are comfy. Bathroom is spacious and clean. We only stayed the night so we didn't have time to check the breakfast.

The only thing the room was missing is the air conditioning. The room was hot at night so we had ti open the window but the street was tooooo noisy so we really didn't know what to do😅😅

Decent hotel in a great location.

The location was superb, just minutes away from the main shopping area, train station and bus station. The room was spacious and well fitted. We particularly liked the walk-in shower.. The staff were generally kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good with good quality ingredients. However, the egg container required more refreshing than it received!

There was no wardrobe, just a short rail, with six coat hangers. Not good enough. Also, there was no plug in the wash basin. The reception staff seemed bemused and couldn't help so I bought one at a nearby shop.

Stayed one night to rent car for visiting Skye. Nice comfortable room in excellent location for access to train/bus station and restaurants/bars. They had a secure closet for storing luggage until room was ready.

It should have been an enjoyable experience but the way concierge handled the situation was very poor.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable housekeeping in the morning were very helpful. The breakfast was good value.

It was very noisy at night with boy racers we were on the 4th floor and I’d kept us awake. Concierge was not very helpful. On the Saturday morning when the couple we were travelling with reported that their shower drain was blocked and was flooding the room they offered towels to soak up the water as no maintenance cover was available at the weekend. They were asked to come back at noon to see if an alternative room was available, we were staying in Inverness for a wedding at 2pm eventually they got moved to an alternative room. Instead of being a relaxed morning it was unnecessarily stressful.

Great location for exploring Inverness by foot and public transport. Basic room - fine for us.

The hotel was the best value hotel available on Booking.com for August in the city centre. Good quality mattress - most important thing in our room for us! The location was perfect for the train and bus stations, the centre of Inverness and being able to walk to our various destinations. Plenty of choices for eating and drinking in the immediate surrounding area. Breakfast quality was good for the prepay price, although the coffee machine was busy cleaning itself one morning!

The bedroom and ensuite shower room were small (but fine for us), even for a lower-cost hotel. On arrival, the bar had run out of both beers on tap and our preferred wine, although both were restocked for our second night. The automatic 12% service charge, even for being served drinks at the bar, was cheeky. The notice said we could ask for it to be removed but you had to have read the notice (it wasn't verbally highlighted by the bar staff) and very few people would want to stand out by asking for the deduction.

We hoped to have dinner at the hotel as arrived late, but it was booked for a private event. The shower drain was blocked and we had to use the shower in another room. Staff weren’t particularly helpful

Great location, building feels safe, basic needs are met, generally clean.

Rooms are quite basic for the price. We stayed in two different rooms (a week apart), and the bathroom walls in both had cracked walls, and the water collected on the floor. Breakfast is quite average.
