A great, comfortable stay in Inverness

A great, comfortable stay in Inverness. The rooms are spacious and warm, clean and well looked after—slightly outdated, but that didn’t bother us. The staff were super friendly, and we paid very little for our one-night stay. It’s a little far from the town centre, but there’s a lovely traditional pub just opposite where we had dinner, perfect if you’re looking for a classic bite to eat.

Breakfast was fantastic ! Very attentive friendly staff. Bed super comfy and room very clean. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming especially with the dogs who received a doggy bag ! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Such lovely hard working staff

The hotel is in a very convenient location, with easy walking access to shops, cinema and eateries. We appreciated the friendliness of the staff. The room was comfortable and warm. We enjoyed the breakfast, though my partner would have liked a choice of cheeses and cold meats included.

Would definitely stay there again

All the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I was able to take my dog, which was a great bonus. The fact that there was a restaurant within the hotel was excellent. It was 6 mins drive to the hospital, the reason for my visit.

I didn’t like having to walk through groups of smokers near the entrance. Maybe the cigarette bin could be moved to another sheltered area.

Brilliant stay. Will definitely be back.

We were in room 007 which was just through the doors at reception couldn't have been easier to get to. The dining area and bar were clean and seats were comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and lots of fun.

Five stars

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is well-equipped, very clean and quiet – perfect for resting after running the Loch Ness Marathon. The location is convenient with a Tesco next door and a lovely, cozy restaurant (the Snow Goose) right beside the hotel.

The only downside is that it’s a bit outside the city, so getting to the center without a car can be difficult.
