I will not be staying here again. My advice would be to avoid

Location was the only good thing about this hotel

The en-suite bathroom was awful. Dirty, leaking toilet. Very old feel in the bathroom. The food in the restaurant was edible but very over priced

Treat night

Hotel was run by a great team, greeted at reception was warm and friendly and same applied to the 2 bar staff ,also the food was good value and tasty. The room was very comfortble, in the morning the breakfast again was good value and the bonus of a swim and pamper was a nice touch. Will stay again.

Only down side was prefer a shower cubicle in the room over a bath /shower also our room was above the swimming pool so a little noise from the fans running from 6.30 to 9 but only due to having a window open

toilet door did not lock woken up by loud work noises outside in early hours no milk in the room for a cup of tea in the morning.

A good place for a stop over

I was only in the hotel for a few hours but it was comfortable and I got the reading I needed to do done. I really like the fact that the windows opened.

It was a little out of town but in a way that was good as it was quick to get back onto the A9. It was a little noisy from the road.

a relaxing break

Room was nicely furnished and comfortable. There was an adequate supply of biscuits, milk, coffee & tea. A small fridge with bottles of water in it was unexpected bonus. The longue for breakfast was large so you weren't packed into a small area. The breakfast (continental and full) had a good selection of cereals, etc and was filling.

Difficult to think of anything that could be improved. Staff were helpful and polite

The location was handy and loved that there was a pool on site

There should be better info on the pool and massage facilities. We were unaware there were swimming lessons taking place when we went into the pool. We also would have booked massages in if we had known these were on site.

Great location for local amenities

Our tv lacked a remote and when asked at reception for one at 3pm had to go down again at 10pm and chase again only to be given one. This should have been brought to the room. Also the room carpets were heavily stained and the room was really dirty and cobwebby with hair all over the bathroom too. Tea and coffee not refilled each day either which isn’t great for a multi day stay

Have stayed numerous times recently but this was the worst

Location, price, choice of items for breakfast plus their quality. Fridge in room is a bonus

Room 116 is directly above the front door and throughout the night there was groups of people standing outside exiting taxis, smoking etc whilst talking/shouting very loudly plus slamming car doors. Then at 07.30am someone entered the room wakening both my gf and I and when I called reception about it, the only thing that they said was that it might have been housekeeping to which I replied with at this time in the morning. They then never said anything else and hung up the phone. Thankfully my gf was not staying in that room overnight on her own

Good location

There was a bad odour in the room, manager did go and spray room after we asked. Toilet seat was broken, no tv remote in room had to go ask. Clearly à problem with drains as was woken at 5 am by constant loud gurgle noise in bathroom sink, so didn’t get a great sleep. Restaurant staff were good but reception didn’t even ask if we had a good stay!

Disappointing.

Location is good for being close to centre.

Couldn't have a bath as hot & cold taps stuck so tightly. Room carpet not clean. Needed dusting in places. Bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in. Noise from door to the stairs banged all night. This was a treat for me to stay and do some shopping and relax. I never slept much and didn't feel like using the pool or breakfast in the morning as was so tired.

Great Night stay in Inverness at the Leonardo Hotel

First time staying in inverness, it was in a great location for where I needed to be, not far from all main roads and routes, hotel and staff were lovely, had a very nice meal in the bar and grill area, was able to chill and relax in my room, chilled bottled water in mini fridge tea and coffee facility in room, next morning was free to use the leisure facilties and prebooked breakfast overall perfect stay

I couldn’t stay because their staff screwed up

On booking I asked for a room with a walk in shower. 10 days later after no reply I phoned, to be told there is only 1 room with a shower and it has just been booked. The girl I spoke to sounded bored and just couldn’t be bothered. I totally understand mistakes happen but then take responsibility and at least be a little apologetic.

Great breakfast, friendly staff and the swimming pool was amazing everyone that stays there should use this facility.

Positive suprise

Location and parking was great. City location looses on that front. We had a person with disabilities in our group, we liked how staff went above and beyond to give us a good room. We liked the restaurant at the evening.

Breakfast price in the morning - come on.. Make it 10 quid. Unless You really don't want people to eat? Matress could have been softer, but that might be my prefference

Comfortable one night stay for a work social event.

Room was comfortable, though slightly overheated, bed comfortable. Slept with window open for cooling, which allowed in the noise from the dual carriageway and fast food outlets across the road, but neither kept me awake. Breakfast was good, reasonable selection and staff were very helpful in directing me towards what was where.

TV remote control was erratic, possibly just a low battery. Lighting in the bathroom was fine but low in the rest of the room, and I couldn't find any way to improve it. I wasn't staying for so long that this was an issue, but if I'd been staying any longer I'd have wanted to find a solution.

Highly recommended for a short or long stay in Inverness. We loved it.

Knowledgeable friendly people. Clean and comfortable room with a little separate TV/sitting room. Fantastic bed and linen. Very reasonable price. Oodles of hot water, and a full size bath. Central location, quiet but close to motorway exits. Did not use the restaurant but it looked and smelled good. Gym and sauna included. Could not mark this one down at all. First time I’ve ever given a top score.

Our room was adjacent to the lift and the machinery was faintly audible.

Reception staff were helpful and tried to solve issues.

Breakfast was a joke. No plates,no teabags,no pastries,no white bread. Staff chatting to each other rather than restocking foods or tidying/cleaning. Food was cold. Would not recommend. This is a contractors hotel. No better than bed and breakfast. Rooms are tired and need refurbishing. Bathroom had rotten wood and rusty bath.

It is in need of a bit of an update. It’s quite dark. Also the pool isn’t disabled friendly which I was sad about. It is stairs. You can use the sauna and steam room but not the pool.

We didn’t find the staff overly helpful at all… on arrival they had no notice of us staying, they then gave us keys to a room which was clearly occupied by other people, visible by all the clothing and items in the room!! We went back to explain, no apology nothing… just given another room… absolutely not the way to handle that situation!!!! Very disappointing!! Had other issues this morning and once again a severe lack of helpful staff!!!

Good night's sleep

Mattress was firm and helped with a great night's sleep.

The mirror in the room looked like it had been washed with a floor mop . Room 308. My motorhome was parked in the car park and a protective cover on side mirror was stolen through the night.

Good location and lovely staff. Nice gym and pool. Good selection of food at breakfast.

The floor we were on was busy and noisy during the night and early morning - the noise was caused by other guests passing our room shouting, and banging their room doors. The bathroom was in great need of an upgrade and had an unpleasant smell, even after cleaning.
