Lovely and clean with friendly and accommodating staff. We had a lovely meal in the evening, very tasty and well presented. Clean bedding and towels, lashings of hot water. Good facilities in the rooms so overall very good. Our dog was welcomed and accommodated which was fantastic. The main member of staff that was spoke to was such a lovely young man, very knowledgable and friendly
It was a little tired looking in places but was clean and tidy. Very good value and with the way hospitality is being hit at the moment there’s not the extra money to redecorate

Lovely hotel, room was spacious and comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great that we could take our dog. Parking was appreciated
Train lines were quite noisy, but didn’t wake us up once we were asleep - wouldn’t put us off staying again, but good to be aware of!

Brilliant staff that went above and beyond to assist and make sure that everything was perfect for our stay, especially Dean and Nick.
There was no part of our trip that we didn't like - apart from the weather, that was out of everyone's control!!
