Hotel was fab! Pool was a big let down especially when I was looking forward to using the pool and it was one of the rea

The hotel was lovely, great location, great staff, lovely food for dinner.

The pool! Tiles in the pool were dirty or looked dirty. Pool area in need of updating. Not pleased I was charged £1.50 to use a towel especially as I was a resident.

Lovely but room cleaning needs attention

Hotel itself was lovely, staff in the bar and restaurant were really friendly, rooms were really nice.

Everything was perfect until I looked at the bathtub. Luckily there was a shower I could use as the bath was covered in hairs - long black ones (unfortunately I don’t have long black hair myself!). This was very disappointing for an establishment which seemed otherwise up to a high standard in all other areas.

A lovely stay overall

Lovely hotel in a great location outside of the town. Plenty of parking which was a great bonus. The room was incredibly large, slightly dated but fitting. Wonderful breakfast each morning and great lounge area.

Room could do with a little update, but nothing particularly negative to note. We had a lovely stay.

Nice stay

Rooms was large, and very clean inside. The staff were very friendly, as usual. They were helpful when I left a bag behind. We slept well as it was quiet.

There was a smashed bottle outside our dog friendly room. We mentioned this on check in, but it was still there when we checked out. Not ideal when they are all dog friendly rooms in that area. The pool area needs a bit of upgrading now I think. Its looking a little tired.

Weekend relaxing break

The staff were arma and welcoming. Very helpful and couldn't have done more for us. The hotel is lovely woth beautiful grounds and everything you need

Using the spa facilities wasn't as we expected. When booking in we weren't made aware that there were children's swimming lessons happening so it wasn't quite as we expected. The changing room floor was quite dirty.

A Beautiful Hotel with lovely staff

We love this Hotel, having stayed here a few times. Lovely staff, very nice atmosphere. Great breakfast. The rooms are spacious, warm comfortable and homely. We used the pool and then spent the evening relaxing in the excellent bar.

If your going to Inverness to golf it is a nice location.

The location was with in walking distance to the town, the restaurant had great quality food. The staff was friendly. It was a clean hotel. The spa experience was different in a positive way.

Big tour group dinners a couple nights made it feel like a convention, dated furnishings, not enough outlets with poor locations in the rooms.

Our double king bed was 2 single/queen's pushed together and my one was broken. We reported it jn the morning and was advised that if we came back we would receive a discount but no contact info or note/email to confirm this.

We Always love staying in the Kingsmills!

The staff - All of them - are amazing. Cheerful , courteous, professional and helpful. The bedroom. The way our dog isn’t just tolerated, but made a huge fuss of by the staff!

PLEASE provide usb ports in the rooms, especially beside the beds. It’s a Huge problem when you need to charge hearing aids, as well as mobile phones.

We really loved the hotel and would love to visit again

Beautiful hotel. Great location, fab facilities, very clean and the staff were wonderful. Lovely food as well. We absolutely loved it.

We were in room 317 which is very near the function suite. There was a function on the Saturday night with very loud music which we could hear very clearly whilst we were in bed. Normally it wouldn’t have been an issue but none of us could sleep until it the party had finished. It’s a bit unfortunate that the family rooms are so close to the function hall but that was the only negative as we were shattered!

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast

We only stayed here one night but wish we could have stayed longer. We had a garden room which was beautiful and clean, with a huge bathroom. Beautiful gardens outside. Breakfast was lovely, lots of fresh coffee, cooked buffet breakfast and continental but also a menu to order from. I had some smoked salmon and scrambled eggs and my husband Scottish kippers. Staff were very friendly. Mary who served our coffee at breakfast was lovely.

Lovely hotel, but overpriced for what it is.

Location was great and the older reception staff were lovely.

There were a lot of younger staff who seemed like they didn't want to be there. We ordered drinks at the bar and they young man serving asked another member of staff where the knives were for the fruit and he was told they were downstairs. He didn't bother getting them and our cocktails weren't served with fruit.

I wish we could stay longer

Very nice room, friendly staff and great location. We wish we could stay a little longer to enjoy such nice facilities. We definitely recommend a stay in this hotel.

Nothing really relevant, but as a feedback I can mention that the fixed soap dispenser was a little annoying, because it could not be used in the bathtub. Some bathroom amenities would have been a nice touch. The service during dinner was irregular and it looked like they were understaffed, as we had to order the same thing several times and they forgot my child's order twice. But other than that, everything was very nice.
