Great place for a short stay in Inverness.

Did not have breakfast - but had a very comfortable room with fantastic en-suite shower room. Everything spotlessly clean. Great central location if travelling by bus or train.

There was a lovely ambience on arrival in the hotel foyer. The staff were very welcoming. courteous.& friendly. Staff were very helpful.

There was nothing to dislike. It would have been helpful to have menu's available for dining in the hotel available in the rooms.

We have stayed here a few times and we genuinely love this hotel. Super friendly staff, very clean and modern facilities, and perfect location. We will likely always use this for our special nights out in town. Thank you to the lovely team who made us feel so welcome.

Nice experience!!

Everything was good. We made two bookings as we had an Isle of Skye Tour for 2 days so had to check out during our stay (didn't let us stay in the same room - understandable, however would have been excellent if allowed) they did keep our main luggage though for a day which is appreciated. Central location lot of cafes, restaurant (including Halal) and shopping malls and options nearby.

Didn’t get the room I booked .. superior double booked 6 months in advance. Was placed in a family room and they tried to make out it was a free upgrade. The room was an odd shape with two beds squeezed in. Not pleasant.

Cancelled at last minute by the hotel

I made a booking while hiking great glen way, got an email saying they couldnt do a double bed but it would be singles, fair enough it was short notice. Then got a message offering extras. About an hour before I was due to arrive they called to say there was a mistake and they were overbooked. Very bad form as id had a long day and they had already messaged me about these other matters.

Hotel location is excellent and the staff extremely pleasant and welcoming.

Breakfast ok. Good selection but some things undercooked/overcooked.

Though not disabled we had an accessible room - probably the only one available during the busy tourist season. The room was lovely - large and airy. However, we could not get hot water in the bathroom basin. It was so tiny that when the tap was turned to the Hot position the pressure of the water splashed the floor. Suggest management test it out and get a new larger basin. No fun washing/shaving in cold water. Though there was a large wet room shower area we didn’t feel motivated to tackle the controls, only being in the hotel for an overnight.

Excellent and we will be back.

It was beautiful and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They remembered everyone as soon as you walked back in they greeted you and helped in anyway they could. This place is also excellent if you need a walk. Shower, many places have a high tub you have to step into, so if you have any leg mobility issues this hotel is for you. The spot is excellent for downtown Inverness especially if you are into Trad music. Hootananny 3 doors down and Mcgreagors at the other end of the street.

A nice hotel in a great location.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. If I had paid £130 a room I would have loved the stay. The staff were delightful and very attentive. The front desk staff were exceptional providing a very professional service. The shower was great and he bathroom was very clean.

For the £230 price tag for the night the tea stains on the carpet and rooms only cleaned if you asked at reception was a little disappointing. The first night the room was not cleaned although we hung out the sign. We returned back to our room at 2.40 pm on the second day to find the room still hadn’t been made up. The maid immediately arrived at the door. We asked if she could come back in 10 minutes but she said she couldn’t as she finished at 3! Acceptable in a cheaper hotel but not for this price. The worn area in the carpet on the top floor looks like a spilt strawberry ice cream and the empty pizza boxes waiting to be emptied by the maid which stayed there all day was just a bit offputting.

The bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful. It’s also at a nice location.

The showerhead had mold on the holes which was very disgusting. Also the breakfast wasn’t good. No refills, so you have to be satisfied with what was left. Not good at all for the amount that we paid for this room.
