No 11 Guest House - Inverness - Room 2

Welcome to our charming No 11 Guest House, where Highland hospitality and homely comfort await. This inviting guest house features five thoughtfully arranged rooms, perfect for families and groups:



Room 1 - a small double bed for 1 guest

Room 2 - a twin room with two single beds for 2 guests (This is the room booked)

Room 3 - a double bed for 2 guests

Room 4 - a triple room with a double and a single bed for 3 guests

Studio - a double bed for 2 guests



Each room also benefits from its own ensuite bathroom, with the exception of Room 1, whose bathroom is private off the room.



Rooms 1 to 4 share a fully equipped kitchen along with a comfortable living room and dining area, perfect for gathering and relaxing. The Studio enjoys its own private kitchen.



All bedrooms are located on the first floor of the house, accessible by stairs only. The Studio sits on the ground floor, just past the main kitchen, though its bedroom is also on the first floor via a spiral staircase, which we would not advise for small children.



Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.



For parking, public street spaces are available directly in front of the property but are paid by meter (2 hours maximum) using the RingGo app. There is also a metered public car park beside the cathedral, just across the road.



You'll be perfectly placed to explore the very best of the Scottish Highlands. Stroll along the scenic River Ness to the tranquil Ness Islands, admire the historic cathedral and Inverness Castle, and browse the Victorian Market. This is the ideal gateway to the legendary Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle, the moving Culloden Battlefield and the mysterious Clava Cairns, with Eden Court Theatre, restaurants and shops all close by.



Please note that a security deposit registration will need to be completed prior to arrival in order to receive the codes for check-in. No money is actually charged, but there is a pre-authorisation of 1 euro.
