I am determined to come back! Unforgettable experience.

We have been received with a great smile and wit and it's been amazing staying at Bluebell house. Kenny was a treat and we loved sharing funny conversations with him. The guesthouse is ideally located, near Inverness city center and all the nice places to visit. Breakfast was delicious, the Drambuie porridge was something else! (I loved it) The rooms were cosy and warm, well-furnished and we slept very well!

Superb guesthouse with a lovely Host

We had a fabulous stay at Bluebell House. Lovely room, very stylish decor throughout the property. We had a four poster bed so it felt even more luxurious. Lovely little extras with attention to detail. Superb breakfast and Kenny was a welcoming, awesome host. In a great position to walk into town centre and Castle. Highly recommended.

Perfect...hope to return again.

Just right amount of food for breakfast and very tasty. The bedroom, though we were given the best one had everything you could need...hairdryer, iron and board, fridge, even a spare hot water bottle and dressing gown. Also the usual kettle and refreshment area. Lovely to have the 2 armchairs to sit on too. 5 minutes to town centre and supermarkets just around the corner. Great to have room to park in private car park as well.

That good that if we visit Inverness again, we'll book the Bluebell

We stayed here for two nights over New Year and had a fantastic experience. The location is ideal, only about a five-minute walk into the town centre, with the bonus of private on-site parking. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a real highlight. You choose from a menu the night before, and it was genuinely one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. I went for the full Scottish and it kept me full for most of the day. The coffee was freshly made and excellent too. Kenny was a brilliant host and we really enjoyed chatting with him. He’s clearly very experienced in hospitality and it shows in everything, from how well organised the place is, to the attention to detail and the little thoughtful touches that make the stay feel special. Friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout. Highly recommended and we will definitely by visiting again when next in Inverness.

A true Highland warm welcome.

We loved our stay at Bluebell House! Little details in the room from a sleep mask to wine glasses for the water to the radio everything was well thought out for a stay in Inverness. The bed was so comfy, the decor made us feel like royalty and the breakfast was amazing! The parking to the rear is so handy too. Kenny is a brilliant host and all round nice guy, we loved chatting with him. We will definitely be back. God bless you, Kenny

This place was so great. Close to beautiful parks and places to eat. Fresh towels every day and cozy. Amazing breakfast too.

The water is hard to get adjust for the right temperature in the shower, but once you get it right you just set it and leave it.

Quality Lodgings and hospitality

The owner Kenny was excellent.On arrival he greeted us warmly,explained all we neede to know and offered us some refreshments. Our room had a 4 poster bed and had everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable and the room spotless.. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. The location is very central to the city centre with a private car park. I would definitely return here again and would thoroughly recommend Bluebell Lodge for anyone looking to stay in Inverness.

Beautiful accommodations, the most lovely keeper of the inn

I could not say enough good things about how beautiful the accommodations were but the shining star of the stay was the man who was the keeper of the hotel. He was so incredibly lovely and was truly the highlight of all my stays in Scotland

Check in not until 4. Check out at 10am. Not a realistic time. The shower was controlled by a strange device that alternated between scalding heat or freezing. There was no way to get a moderate temperature.

Kenny, the proprietor, was fantastic. Every morning we had breakfast and it was very delicious. The food came out on time, and he was willing to help us with reservations and any information we needed for our trip. If I could, I would go back there often.

Delicious home made breakfast, must try the porridge with the "wee kick".

Check in was only from 16:00 and there is no facility to leave luggages if one arives earlier.

Great B&B to enjoy Inverness

Bluebell House is a lovely bed and breakfast located just over the River Ness from downtown Inverness and a comfortable walk to area attractions, restaurants, and night life. Our room was very comfortable, the host was wonderful, and the breakfasts were enjoyable. All in all, one of the best B&Bs we’ve stayed in. Highly recommended.

The property was lovely, great decor and wonderful furniture. We had a large room with a lovely vase of flowers. We were made very welcome and a breakfast was lovely.
