Location is great for exploring centre of Inverness, apartment well equipped with good parking and staff at reception were friendly and helpful.
Bar staff were not so friendly.

Well located alongside the River Ness and a few minutes walk into the centre of Inverness. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Parking on site was okay but given it was a quiet time of year on one night we struggled to find a space. On booking.com it said there was parking. At the hotel it said parking was on a 'first come first served basis'. Breakfast was plentiful with a mix of hot/cold food.
The view from the one window was a little disappointing as we were only able to look at a tiled roof with electrical wires running over it together with air conditioning units. Breakfast time started at 0700 on a Saturday. We had a long 12 hour drive to undertake so booked for 0700hrs so as we could depart promptly. When we arrived fruit was not available until 0720hrs. So when that finally arrived we were able to eat that only for a cooked breakfast to arrive a minute or two later. Everything should have been ready to go at 0700. So this delayed our departure. Then there was the parking as well touched on above - if you go later in the year be prepared for no parking to be available.
