Location. Spa facilities.
My”garden” view was a parking lot. The room was so tall my I couldn’t open my suitcase except on the bed. No space to even lay on floor for yoga. Some staff great most seemed annoyed to have a job

Excellent hotel. Bedroom,public rooms and leisure club all very well appointed and furnished to a high standard. Had a river view room with the most beautiful view overlooking the Castle and River Ness.All staff very helpful and welcoming. Excellent location for all sights/amenties/bars/cafes/restaurants.
Nothing overall very pleased with this hotel.
