The property was very soothing and cozy. It felt like home! The rooms were very clean and comfy. Furthermore, the breakfast was excellent. The owner was very helpful and kind too.

Everything was well thought through for this stay. The attention to detail for creating a easy and restful stay for guests was really evident. Delicious breakfast and warm hospitality. We even got gifted chocolate Easter bunnies as we stayed on Easter Sunday! A great base from which to explore Inverness (20min easy walk to the centre)

Clean, well appointed and spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The owner was friendly, helpful and straightforward, providing excellent advice on the area, places to dine and points of interest.
She provided fresh, tasty breakfasts offering good variety, including excellent vegan and vegetarian options.
Parking was easy and convenient

The owners went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and made you feel really welcome. Lovely people.
The breakfast was fantastic. The room was clean.
The guesthouse was about a mile (20mins walk) from the town centre.
Early runners' breakfast if you're running the marathon in September.
This is a really nice place. I can't think of anything I would do differently.
