Disappointing, cold and a bit run down but could easily be a lot better particularly if they monitor their customer comm

Large well equipped kitchen

Cold The hot water never got hot Central heating was capped at lukewarm and the cleaner repeatedly turned it off during our stay We were not sent the key code despite me emailing the host on the morning of arrival, sending them an eta and ringing them several times over two whilst parked outside in the cold and rain (along with an Hungarian couple in the same situation) The property was far less central than implied in the description Bathroom was tired and the toilet was unstable and wobbly Heating in the TV area didn’t work and made the room unusably cold

OK stay. Just a few fixable problems

Only 20-30 mins walk into town. Nice and quiet area. Beds were comfy, good shower. Some hooks for hanging towels needed.

Unfortunately our rooms were mixed up, one room had not even been cleaned but after a phone call two ladies quickly arrived and fixed the problems. Two tea towels for use were absolutely filthy and smelly, no kitchen paper to wipe down benches or spills. Only three chairs to sit at the table. TV remote was not working, oven not working at all, luckily the grill was. I sent a few messages about these problems but they were never acknowledged. The owner did bring some clean tea towels and a roll of kitchen paper (which was much appreciated) after another phone call. He couldn’t fix the oven but did try to fix the remote control, but no good after a few minutes. We think you should check up what your cleaners have cleaned and replaced.

Ok but could be better

It was ok for the price. Good walk into town, you certainly get your steps in for the day. Fairly clean and quite tidy.

I sent a few messages but they weren’t answered or even acknowledged. Our rooms weren’t allocated properly but the two ladies who we had to ring were great and sorted it. The bottom oven did not work, two tea towels left were disgusting and the tv remote didn’t work properly even after the owner said he’d fixed it. The sliding door into the ensuite needs attention.

Really nice room with amazing shower

The room was big and very comfortable and the shower was AMAZING!

It could be a very noisy when the other guests are entering or leaving, using the kitchen, walls are quite thin but just saying in case someone has problem sleeping, for me it wasn’t a problem.

Not a lot. The bed was comfortable and clean.

Way overpriced for very basic accommodation. The premises, including the gardens appear uncared for and in need of decent maintenance. The room was very basic with no storage facilities and not even a mirror in the main room. Very poor at £130 for and overnight stay.

Warm little stay..

The property was very clean with all the necessary facilities. Easy check in. The location was great too, very peaceful. A functional kitchen with proper utensils, tea, coffee, sugar etc. The room was clean, warm and cozy too. We had a flat tire in our car so the host was very understanding of our situation and gave us an extra two hours at the time of check out. Also, helped us to attend the situation. Overall we would consider staying here again and recommend to our friends and family. Small advice..the room can have a hook or two to hang the clothes.

Needs few improvements in rooms plz

It was beautiful place in very quiet area

This property lacked few basic needs. Firstly, there was no microwave it was very difficult to warm.food from oven as it took lots of time, bathroom was very small could not even wash face without spelling water down, my neighbour room did not had toilet rolls so she was asking me for spare ones. Plz put toilet roll holders in bathroom as we had to turn 180 degree to reach for toilet rolls. Also room needs a small cupboard or at least few hanging options nothing in bathroom to hand towels or in room to hang clothes. If these few bits improved well worth staying .

Size of room was small, bed was positioned to a corner making one person climb over for access, bed frame squeaked when sitting or rolling over, not even a hook to hang anything including bathroom towels.

Close to the city center, yet in a peaceful area.

We were warmly welcomed and spent two peaceful nights. The apartment is well-maintained. We stayed in the room with the bathroom. The quality of the bedding, linens, and the cleanliness of the bathroom were all excellent." The car is parked on the property. Inverness city center is a 25-minute walk, which is very pleasant through nice streets. The location is peaceful, and the neighbors are friendly."

The kitchen is large enough to have a table and chairs, which would be more practical than using the small table in the adjacent living room."

Value for money, great location with parking

Location was ideal, especially since we needed parking. Just 5min drive to the city center. No access given to the living area but we used the enclosed porch to sit for our meals. Kitchen is well equipped with some staples (teabags, coffee, sugar etc) provided. Very clean and neat.

Wished that there was more than 1 bathroom for the use of all 3 room rental occupants. Potentially 6-7 people need to share one bathroom. Perhaps an extra WC would be great.

Clean, Cozy, and Great Value

We had a great stay at this accommodation. It was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, including an oven, washing machine, and a lovely sunroom at the back, which was perfect for relaxing. The room and bathroom were both clean and comfortable, offering good value for money. The only minor downside is that it's a bit far from shops and stores, so having a car or planning ahead for groceries is helpful. Overall, a pleasant and peaceful place to stay

Not what we expected.

Central location. Comfortable bed. Large equipped shared kitchen.

Property was shabby externally but well appointed inside. Was not made aware of what ‘shared house’ meant. Had a room with an en suite bathroom, as opposed to sharing a bathroom with two other bedrooms, but the en-suite was tiny with very small handwashing sink. The door to the en-suite had a sliding door which was hanging loose (I fixed it!) Power outlets in the room were not live! The price, which indicated a ‘quality’ service was supposed to include a tumble dryer. We chose this as we had been travelling for a week with two more weeks ahead, so that we could wash and dry clothes before continuing our holiday. However there was no tumble dryer but the host did provide a clothes airer. Very disappointed!

Nem válaszolt a kapcsolattartó, nem tudtunk elérni, odamentünk az apartmanhoz, ott sem tudunk bejutni, más vendégekkel is találkozunk akik már órák óta próbáltak bejutni, sikertelenül, kint várakoztak a hidegben. Végül a booking.com-os ügyfélszolgálattal kapcsolatba lépve kaptunk meg a bejutáshoz szükséges kódot, kb egy óra ment el ezzel… A szobában koszos volt az egyik párna huzat, a radiátor hőfokszabályzója nehezen elérhető vol (ágy mögött) fullasztóan meleg volt. A konyha is kicsit igénytelen, se tea, se kávé, nincs kiskanàl

Graziosa casetta situata appena fuori Inverness. 3 stanze totali, noi avevamo quella con il bagno in stanza. Pulizia buona, stanza da letto e bagno non proprio spaziose ma per una notte è andata molto bene. Solito lavandino microscopico con i 2 rubinetti caldo/freddo ma doccia con soffione molto pulita e spaziosa. C’è una cucina e una depandance con tv e divano ad utilizzo comune. Pulizia della cucina non proprio perfetta ma forse siamo noi a non essere abituati a questo tipo di approccio. Parcheggio privato a disposizione nello spazio antistante l’ingresso. Organizzazione consegna chiavi con classico BOX e codice. A mezz’ora a piedi dal centro città ma per chi vuole usare l’auto si puó andare al parcheggio a pagamento della cattedrale di Inverness a 10 minuti e si è in centro. Per eventuale ottima colazione Scozzese (porridge delizioso) consiglio “RedPoint kitchen and cafe”: si trova in un soppalco di una palestra di climbing.

Chuveiro bom, quarto grande, cozinha grande, local para deixar a bagagem após o check out sem custo.

Ter crianças dividindo a mesma casa foi bem complicado, choros altos durante a noite, a casa não tem isolamento acústico então não deveria ser permitido. A cama não era king size apesar do anúncio dizer que era este tamanho, não tem ventilador e nem saca rolhas. Não é perto do centro para quem está sem carro e não tem Uber na cidade.

Le calme du quartier et la situation à moins d'1/2 h de marche du centre. Accès libre à la cuisine.

Chambre petite et aucunes possibilités de rangement. Équipement vaisselle à revoir, notamment couverts (manches petites cuilleres), poêle (manche tourne), casserole (uniquement 1 seule grande). Ménage cuisine succinct. Pas d'accueil : boîte à clefs. Photo présentée sur site booking.com = maison de la voisine.

Una bella esperienza a Inverness

La grandezza della cucina e del bagno, inoltre il giardino è molto carino. L’host ha spiegato tutto nei minimi dettagli per il self check-in e mette a disposizione una casa accessoriata in ogni modo. La struttura dista una ventina di minuti a piedi dal pieno centro di Inverness, e offre anche un parcheggio privato, perciò risulta molto comoda.

La struttura era carina, camera con bagno, un piccolo patio con giardino e cucina. Ci sono tre camere. Il parcheggio è in strada ma c'è molto posto, davanti alla casa nel vialetto ci stanno 1/2auto

Abbiamo trovato dei preservativi sotto al letto... Nel complesso sembrava pulito, ma sicuramente non bene come sarebbe dovuto essere. Prezzo elevato data la posizione non vicinissima al centro 20/25minuti a piedi. Non funzionavano tutti gli elettrodomestici della cucina e non ho trovato secchi per la Differenziata. Bagno un po' scomodo. È un Airbnb fai da te nel quale recuperi la chiave non abbiamo visto nessuno e sarebbe stato carino avere delle informazioni sul posto.

Bungalow se třemi ložnicemi. Velmi hlučný při plném obsazení. Náš pokoj měl koupelnu na společné chodbě.Sousední hosté vařili v kuchyni s otevřemými dveřmi a celý dům byl cítit jídlem. Zahrada neudržovaná.

war okay, nicht zu empfehlen

Ausstattung im Badezimmmer, Waschmaschine, Schlafzimmer.

wir waren zwei Nächte im Shared House. als wir angekommen sind (gegen 11 pm), waren Heizung und Warmwasser abgeschalten, wir waren die einzigen Gäste und die Temperaturen waren um den Gefrierpunkt nachts. am nächsten Tag sind wir vom Ausflug zurückgekommen, es liefen gerade Bauarbeiten in einem der anderen Zimmer. Die Arbeiter sind einfach aus und eingegangen und haben und ignoriert ohne Kommentar. Außerdem waren Warmwasser und Heizung wieder komplett ausgeschalten, Katastrophe. Küche gut ausgestattet, Geschirr jedoch leider zum Teil sehr schmutzig. Außerdem hingen die Zimmerschlüssel zu allen Zimmern gemeinsam in einem offenen Abstellraum - sodass einfach jeder in jedes Zimmer gehen kann wenn er möchte

L'emplacement de la maison était très bien situé dans un endroit calme et beau. La Chambre était confortable et suffisamment grande. La salle d'eau / toilette était propre et bien agencé. Le lit refait tous les jours. La Disponibilité d'Asia quand à nos échanges sur le site de Booking. La possibilité de pouvoir cuisiner avec une vrai cuisine équipée à disposition. La possibilité aussi de regarder la télé ou de se reposer dans un salon confortable. Et le calme surtout de la maison.
