Ness Walk is in a great location, it’s immaculately presented, modern and stylish and the staff are very welcoming and attentive.
The property is perfect for our stay. The only little niggle was having to pay £20 per day for parking.

The customers service was brilliant. Every member of staff we met were cheerful and helpful.
The staff were very knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough for us.
The hotel is in a great location with everything looking new and spotlessly clean.
There was nothing to dislike.

Lovely location, super friendly helpful staff. Love the private gated car park. Champagne on arrival is a lovely touch.
The room was so peaceful despite being across from a lift we were not disturbed once!
The food portions in the bar were a little on the small side but still delicious

This is our favourite hotel in the area - we love staying here, it is stunning. The location of the hotel is great, service is great and the food is amazing! We return every year.
The only downside is thr £20 charge for parking per night. Can’t fault it otherwise although a swimming pool/jacuzzi & sauna would have been the icing on the cake but there’s plenty of places/facilities nearby that you can use.

Everything. Staff friendly. Food great. Even made fresh scones for us which were amazing

Location of Ness Walk is fantastic, centrally located in Inverness but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of busy streets, our room was spotless, amenities were great and plentiful and the staff were exceptional tending to our every need and very hospitable. Breakfast was delicious as well as the coffee which is a massive plus. A surprising bonus was the local cat “Scratch”(?) greeting us each day and making us feel much more at home.
The only thing we could comment somewhat negatively on was the shower drain seemingly blocking and overflowing at times, not a major issue.

The staff were professional, yet friendly.
Room was large enough but was disappointed that I had a room at the back - slanted windows meant my outlook was the top of trees.
Lacked gluten free menu choices - very limited
Low toilets - not the standard height.
Mattress not very soft & comfortable.
Very limited parking - make sure you let the hotel know you need parking.8

Food was absolutely amazing, local produce & everything is freshly cooked. The entire team cannot do enough for you - nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is furnished to the highest standard and makes for an incredible stay. Ewan in the bar & Steve the concierge wore uniform with so much pride & again super helpful.
Didn’t dislike anything & cant find anything we wasn’t happy with.

Top notch customer service; from checking, to baggage delivery, for breakfast service, dinner recommendations and reservations, and areas to walk and explore around the village.
Although very spacious and comfortable with two TVs, a sitting area, a family area...there was only one main light control. If you dont want light in the bed area but want light in the sitting area...no luck, ONE LIGHT SYSTEM for the entire room. This was very disatisfying.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful, it felt like they couldn’t do enough to make our stay extra special. Spotlessly clean and lots of nice touches that gave it a luxurious feel.

Struggled to get the bedside lights on without the lights at the bedroom door

The most comfortable bed and the restaurant is absolutely perfect, for dinner and breakfast! Shower and bathtub are great and toiletries too. The view of Loch Ness is amazing too. It has everything to definitely earn a five star hotel tittle. I would recommend it for sure.
Parking fee of 20 £ a day.

Excellent, friendly staff. A warm and comfortable room and a first-class location.
Two very minor irritants. We found it odd and strangely old fashioned to have the toilet separated from the shower/bath room. Also why is it necessary to contact reception before being admitted to the car park? Is it some local necessity or just to give an air of exclusivity? Whatever the reason, it would have been helpful to know this in advance of our arrival as it was dark and raining.

The evening meal was excellent. The staff were fantastic. Helpful and friendly. Great whisky selection
The cooked breakfast wasn't great. Hard eggs ( like they had been sat under lights for too long ) bacon was hardly cooked ( quick flash under the grill at most ) same fo the sausages

Lovely, efficient staff. Monica and Czaba made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived and throughout our stay. Also Julia and Francesca. Airy, smartly furnished and comfortable twin-bedded room with an excellent walk-in shower, overlooking the Courtyard. Comfortable beds with cotton sheets and lovely down duvet
Loved the level tree-lined walk along the Ness River into town (10mns), and the Ness Islands (10mns the other way).
Frustrating nothing labelled as vegan - on the menus or the breakfast buffet. Staff (Dorin) did their best to accommodate me!
On arrival fancied a sandwich at the bar - not served. The main restaurant is 'fine dining' and so are the prices. Fine for one evening (the chef did make an excellent - taste and presentation - kohlrabi dish for me). Breakfast was a good choice, a cold buffet (with cereals, marinated olives, smoked salmon, local cheese, yoghurts, melon, fresh fruit - and served at the table hot fare)

My friend and I loved EVERYTHING about our stay. From the moment we arrived we were treated exceptionally. Steve whom greeted us front of house organised to get us into our room early, swiftly answered our questions and whisked us off on a boat tour of Loch Ness in a matter of minutes was above and beyond. He was warm, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, as were all of the staff we encountered on our 24hr visit.
We honestly did not have a single complaint or dislike.

Everything was perfection from start to finish. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Scotland. The team deserve kudos, every single team member I interacted with was exceptional. I loved everything about this hotel and wouldn’t stay anywhere else when in Inverness. I cannot fault this hotel, it was just sublime! From the rooms to restaurant (thanks chefs for an incredible meal), to the bar and courtyard, to the home made fudge at turndown, it was just amazing! Thank you Monica, Hannah, Grace, Calum, Brandon, Steve, Csba, Julia for making my stay perfect! I can’t wait to come back and visit again. And thank you Kevin, for creating an incredibly warm, professional and friendly atmosphere.
Highly recommended!
I can’t fault anything at this hotel.

What’s not to like! This was a charming little hotel in an incredible location with helpful and friendly staff. If we come to Inverness again we will definitely come back.
The only criticism I have is about pricing. We weren’t sure if we would be able to attend because my partner was recovering from surgery and so we booked, cancelled, booked again, cancelled again and then finally booked for the actual stay.
The price we paid for that last minute booked was about half of the price we would have paid if he had not been ill and we had not needed to cancel and rebook. I would prefer to see consistent, fair pricing. The original price would probably have been a bit too high but the final price was very fair.

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff.
Rooms were a bit compact, breakfast service staff needs to be more attentive and friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ness Walk Hotel. The service was excellent—warm, professional, and attentive from start to finish. The hotel had great amenities, which made it a perfect place to relax indoors during Storm Floris. The bar was a real highlight, offering a cozy atmosphere and a great place to unwind; we were even able to watch sport there, which was a nice bonus. The hot chocolate was especially memorable. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. When the weather allowed, we had fun playing the outdoor lawn games like boules and croquet, which added a charming and playful touch to the experience.
The only downside was the £20 daily parking fee, which felt a bit steep for guests staying at the hotel. Other than that, everything else was fantastic, and we would happily stay again.

Location and the staff were really good
Food was good as well
Wasn’t totally value for money given that we checked in at 4pm and check out at 11am this is 19 hours this was really not a good feeling and quite disappointing
